I hope you are right PaulRB It will depend on charges against EFC players being laid or not. If they are laid then the EFC will go to court IMO and that may take forever to resolve. I just don't see the EFC rolling over if charges are laid.

He is still a kid in his second year coming off injury. Has not yet proven he is up for round 1 selection. In the longer term we should remember we have had numerous players who looked the goods in there first year and are now no longer around. Do I think this the case with Viney. NO . I agree with you rpfc I don't think Viney has proved he should be in the team in preference to ones you have mentioned. Hopefully under Roos we will have a list that has a higher talent level and players will not be just gifted games because there is no one else.

One has a future the other does not. Also I don't think I have jumped into support for Spencer every time someone makes a negative remark. I like the kid and consider him the best Ruckman we have at present. However I don't ever remember saying he is god's gift to the ruck game.

Here we are on the third of March and nothing on the MFC website that I can see about going to either game in Darwin. This never ceases to amaze me. By now all cheaper plane tickets will be gone Three weeks ago you could book Jetstar for $240 return today $387 return. By the time the MFC gets its offer up it will $500. I rang them last year when we had a travel company as a major sponsor and crap offer appeared five minutes before the trip. I wrote a letter to PJ at the end of January this year. We have the NT as a sponsor and play games there ( which I am happy about ) but seem to do bugger all to entice members to go. I have been to Darwin a few times for work and pleasure, IMO it is a good place for a few days in our winter. Consider a six day break, go up Thursday back Tuesday. However you are now probably too late for the cheap fares Weather will be good, go anyway and enjoy the top end
