Damo in other threads this has been discussed. PJ had a very good look at it and there are multiple reason why it won't work. On top of that it is not in the precinct of Yarra park which to the MFC is priority no.1. They will not entertain a venue away from the vecinity of the G. That means almost no options are available/ to look at.
