  1. His dinner has been reduced to a Vegemite sandwich and a glass of water
  2. Important or not the facility at or near Goschs won't happen any time soon we don't even have an agreed deal yet let alone construction.
  3. I understand your position completely. If the progress at Goschs is so far behind I dread to think how the contruction of buildings etc is going to progress. We are going well at Casey I doubt we will see the buildings etc at Goschs for 5 years. 2027/8 seems likely to me.
  4. I don't W11. With the exception of a few missed training days because they are at Casey as long as this winning continues they could train on the moon. Why do you want them training at Goschs in the medium term?
  5. Did they check the date? Might have been 1956!
  6. You have way more faith than me rpfc.
  7. But how many more rpfc?
  8. It will be reversed next week.
  9. Send them to Tassie.
  10. With a premiership under our belt and 5 zero this year do we care?
  11. I have been for years i only know when they list 426 it means they have little idea at this point we tell you when we know.
  12. Excellent comment and the answer No other sort.
  13. Cards just an example of the BS that injury reports are. I take them all with a large grain of salt. When I see a player selected to play I know that it is 95% correct.
  14. I notice that was all in lower case dc! does that mean low case politics?
  15. Tmacs plateau is way above what the weid gives which is two or three efforts a game. In Jack Dyers words he gets where the ball ain't
  16. Whoever beats the cats is fine with me.
  17. How good has this weekend been. Pies get done, Essendon, tigers, weagles and cats follow suit. Oh and we belted the giants.
  18. They carry a pin.
  19. Excellent review peasant. Saturday night was the first game I have been to since 2019. Covid and night games have kept me at home till Saturday. What a great game to come back to. I have always been someone who much prefered going to a game than watching TV but after the last two years I have got used to watching on TV and it is not as vital now for me to go to a game. I won't be there next Sunday night. Tigers home game so I would end up in the 3rd deck which I don't like, add a night game with hordes of tigers idiots and you have the recipe for watching on the tube. I have been a member for 95% of the years since 1973 but times and situations change. I have made the members commitment again in 2022. I don't see the need / or ability to attend every game now. I would think the MFC have a higher number of older members like me, our bodies are not as young as they used to be so forgive us if we miss a few games each year.
  20. Don't get me wrong the wait seemed a little annoyance after another win. I was just asking the question if this was the norm. It is the first time in at least 5 years that I have driven to a game. I can take this winning stuff, haven't had to resort to the single malt for a long time.
  21. Three that he dropped Brown would have swallowed.
  22. Rab I drove in from the north west and I was surprised at how low the traffic was last night. However on the way home they dont allow cars out for 30 mins after the end. It was a long wait in the car park. I wont drive again unless it is a night game , catching the train on saturday night has proved less than wonderful in the past.
  23. Is there anyone who enjoys the music?
  24. Surprise surprise we got 20k members last night. Easter, night game and playing an interstate team. Similar to a game on mother's Day against an interstate side.
  25. I drove last night because my experience of catching trains on weekend nights is not good. That is the only reason I will do it again. To me night games are a disincentive to going. Having said that I enjoyed a game live. In fact I loved it.
