It’s stressful because it’s like riding up in a hot air balloon knowing that it’s going to deflate and come plunging down to earth.

I did know a keen MFC fan who recently passed away. Born in 65 and has two adult children. Lived his whole life without experiencing success. His kids don’t follow MFC.

Well it might force the club to actually perform to make some money. It’s getting to the stage after 55 years where sink or swim is the only palatable option.

Have we recruited anyone of note from the NT since we went up there to play? Our only decent NT players were Matty Whelan and Aaron Davey and they were a long time before we went up there. All the recent good NT players like the Rioli’s play elsewhere. Aside from the money the whole adventure sucks. Cost us games and the only modicum of support we get is from remote locals bussed in to wear brand new MFC gear at the games aside from a few wandering fans. Rather like the GWS supporters.

The AFL want to share the pain for the mediocre clubs. The lucky SA and WA clubs must drool in anticipation of getting easy 4 points in the NT every season.

Brisbane like us also got too many players sucked into the contests and leaving a GWS player to get free over the back in their virtually empty forward line with a couple of minutes to go was very callow. If it were a boxing match it would be a KO punch. Schofield was down for at least the full 10 count. Low impact is a joke.

So Frost is a turnover merchant. Sadly we have a conga line of the same led by our hopeless captains. At least he has some upsides that can be worked on. Turnovers are a team disease caused by lack of confidence and inane leadership.

Well the NFL cannot function without artificial enhancement. Those freaks that play American team sports are not regular humans.
