In 2000 Melbourne lose to Carlton at the G by 96 points mid season. We play Carlton again that year in Preliminary final and beat them to make the Grand Final. Don't these memories bring some form of hope?

We will drop down to 10th next season. Lack of forward depth with Jeffy and Jess seriously missing the creativity of one Jack Watts. Defence will keep us in many games but we will not kick enough winning scores. Jayden Hunt to have a stellar year.

I won't argue with this trade. Not like the other much discussed one. Here, we have a guy who has played 4 games in AFL and done well in them versus pick number 66 who could be a dud. Might be a rival for ANB or Dean Kent. BTW I saw Kent at a Perth Shopping centre last week. He looked very fit and muscular. He was looking for a phone box but had no luck and the crooks got away!
