  1. I simply couldn't believe she was writing off the Gold Coast as a lost cause by halftime in Round 1. Suggesting their 3 year plan for a premiership was farcical. I unfortunately didn't catch her back pedalling after the Suns got up and won. She's a complete dolt. I agree that Seven would've been far better off getting Emma Quayle.
  2. I don't claim to know anything about NASCAR, but Dale Earnhardt Sr and Jr were both iconic in their sport, I believe. If you consider NASCAR a sport. In Australia it's no contest.
  3. You're trying to extract reason from a guy who thinks Jurrah should be behind bars for the rest of his life.
  4. Have to admire the job Lower did on Rich. Kept him to 8 touches.
  5. And I am certainly not [censored] myself..
  6. Mate, I think alot of fans are thinking exactly the same thing after watching teams who are supposedly at our level or below have solid wins. Everything is crossed for tomorrow.
  7. The son of God indeed. His fourth goal tonight. I think it was his fourth. Caused a stirring in my pants. Just a freakish player.
  8. Darcy is a much, much bigger [censored]. At least Roos' comments aren't all completely bland, nothing observations you could get from Joe Blow next door.
  9. Pretty much his trademark.
  10. Moloney and Martin enjoying Groundhog Day,
  11. Don't suppose you're watching the Dogs right now binger? 40 points up against the Lions approaching halftime and dominating every stat. Excuses are all well and good, but effort and belief should never be underestimated.
  12. I want to see them take a leaf out of the Dogs' book. Take note, this is how you're meant to play Brisbane in Round 1. EFFORT.
  13. Let's get crazy - Sylvia to have 30 touches in a clear BOG performance.
  14. I seriously think we've discovered a gem with that kid. He's like Tapscott 2.0. I also want to see him out there sooner rather than later.
  15. Now we just need to set his trajectories properly.
  16. I'm getting Demonland déjà vu and the season hasn't even started yet. She's gonna be a long one.
  17. Haha..touché OD.
  18. Blease is a big inclusion, he's looked the goods leading into this. The fact our backs and forwards trump theirs makes me a bit more bullish about our chances (notwithstanding the omission of T Mac and Dawes). I'm not pessimistic about our chances, but I think teams will underrate Port this year at their own peril. Playing at home, If we can be competitive in the midfield and get some decent delivery into the forward 50, we should get over the line.
  19. Wait, isn't NicNat just a talking highlight reel..?
  20. If we can't develop Toumpas Into an elite player we should chuck it in. He has quality coming out his ears.
  21. Jones and Ebert are very close, I'll grant you that. And by no means am I saying they are unbeatable. They are very, very beatable, but could also be one of the real surprise packets in 2013.
  22. Swan is also labelled a "good accumulator". It's too often used to dismiss a player's worth. Ebert would be our best midfielder. I agree on being injury prone, but Hartlett is an elite ball user and Port have cottoned onto that by pushing him further down the ground. He will be a damaging player this year. Their midfield ran over West Coast's in pre-season at practically full strength. You can read into that what you like, and I agree that what they've lacked is some consistency, but even if you accept their midfield is bottom 5, ours is currently bottom.
