  1. i've been slowing trying to tunnel out of this forum for 19 years
  2. my tip: try not to get too pizzed off when people post complete excrement. I am guilty of both the excremental posting and the getting pizzed off.
  3. my memory isn't great, or maybe it is more of the excrement spoken around here.. but can someone enlighten me as to what exactly Neeld did to Jack Watts
  4. dual all-australian in two key positions, 306 games, captain for 9 years, led our goalkicking 7 times.. he wasn't bad
  5. will go past Naitanui also, making a mockery of about 100,000 douchebags that have endlessly flapped their gums since 2009
  6. I still shake my head every time someone writes this. A 5 year old knows that there are different types of losses, why don't you?
  7. if he leaves us for whatever reason I will completely crack it
  8. why? all this does is annoy people should be against the forum rules
  9. you don't have a source at all do you, it's just you talking?
  10. if this is the case what is the point of keeping it secret all it does is provide ammo for people to get stuck into him
  11. OK. There has been four other non-disasters. How short is your memory... go look at some results we were getting repeatedly flogged by 100. Then get a clue. Only a complete idiot would argue we have been worse under Craig than Neeld. A total and complete effing idiot.
  12. you knew this before draft day did you interesting
  13. no he's correct it is total crap this must be the 700th time Ive made this comment but every single club in the comp would have used that pick on Morton, there wasnt the slightest doubt about it but yeah i know it is easier to blame a recruiter
  14. yes I realise that, I'm just saying I already commented on the quality vs quantity issue but nobody has addressed that response
  15. yes as we all know that when you become captain your speed decreases. Neeld should have thought of that.
  16. I wish I could be as gracious as you lot. I see a bloke we spent pick 4 on and, despite his talent, did not give anywhere near his best for the jumper and refused to get hurt. As a result he contributed to many losses and clogged a spot on our list for 5 years. Not his biggest fan that's for sure.
  17. yes others already said that and i already responded to it
  18. What!? Yes, Nathan Jones used to get trashed on here for that. I always said that he must have his own backing and his coaches backing to work on that, by improving his strength and evasive abilities. Lo and behold years later he is very good in this area NOT BECAUSE HE STOPPED DOING IT but because he got BETTER at it. I would like to see Terlich continue to back himself and ultimately become like Jones who can brush off/barge through tackles or earn a free in the process. In the meantime there will be frees against him but it is worth it in the long run
  19. Matt, you will get home to find that Hogan has kicked 15, just a warning
  20. Clearly the QUALITY of the inside 50s is another factor. Two points though: 1) if we are so atrocious why is that we convert roughly 4 inside50s per goal vs the league average of roughly 3.5? It has to be considered also that Clark averaged nearly 3 goals a match last year. That was the 7th highest goal per game average of anyone in the comp. His presence alone would theoretically bump that conversion stat up massively. 2) Quality is definitely a factor, but the above ladders prove beyond any doubt that QUANTITY is more important. Just look how closely it translates.
