If Neeld wants to be so competitive, then why does he keep picking players who ate out of form and non competitive ? Sellar, MacKenzie, strauss?

What if we have only won one game at the end of the season? How could you possibly keep him?

Didnt realise he had such strong family links to the Dees. Just the player we need. We may also have to sacrifice a couple of good talls to trade for quality mids. Maybe Jamar, Frawley? I know it hurts to trade Frawley but we are desperate for good mids and have to give up something good to get something good.

So the players admit there was not enough effort. The question begs , why when we are at such a desperate stage in our history , is there not enough effort?

I can go one step further and say why Melbourne are the easiest to beat as explaned to me by a current assstant coach of a rival club. It is simply because they know we will break under pressure eventually. Even on the days when we seem to have some fight at the start of a match, they know more often than not it wont last 4 quarters. So basically we are the team that cracks under pressure the easiest. The team with the least fight if you will.

Im a 30 year consecutive member , my uncle started taking me when I was five, we were a power house back then. Hardly missed a game since 1967 I love em so much.....these days i can hardly bare to watch. Especially this year, they finally broke me the buggers.

We need to go with guys like Magner, Jetta, Rodan,blease , Toumpas and fitzpatrick. Also hope Watts and Jamar are right to go.

No player would deliberately go out and not try. Do you think they want to be seen as shite? The reality is we have the worst list in the comp.

If Neeld doesnt work out, and we are still getting belted by years end, i would be happy with either of these, and add Choco Williams to the mix for next year.

I asked Josh Mahoney about this at a recent training session. He said they would love to see him there in the future and are giving him very short tints now, but he has to build his fitness and demand the position with his form.

Maybe just sack his brain but keep his body. Implant the brain of another midfield coach instead. Worth a try.

Why do they need to if Trengove is still there? Does it show that Trenners is not a strong enough leader yet?

I feel exactly the same, and this is what, bringing in Roos right now would generate. It would also help lure some better players to the club.
