If Neeld is coach of this club next year we will struggle to get 20,000 members thats why he absolutely must go. Supporters have no hope, and players need a new voice. He has to be a well known experienced guy like Roos or Choco Williams too.

You are right, we do need these sorts of people. Of the three Sylvia, Frawley and Watts, i do feel we will probably lose one. Which one of the three would we prepared to take a hit on if we have to?

Why do you have to show character to stay somewhere where you are not happy? If im not happy at my job, i would start looking elsewhere, life's too short to stay somewhere thats destroying your confidence just to build character.

The players are sick of losing and being miserable all the time just like we are. The only difference is we bleed for the club, and love the club as supporters, for the players its a career. Normally a player would be happy to stay loyal to his mates and club, but when there is no chance of short term success and you are being offered more money elsewhere to play for a more succesful team you would probably go.

The interview was two years ago, if he is saying five years now , that makes seven!Not to win a flag, just to be competitive? I dont think anyone would have copped that.

The crux of the matter is, if Neeld had said it would take 5 years just to be competitive from the start, i doubt whether he would have even got the job.

These stats are an average for the year....we were pathetic in our first two games, didnt touch the ball against Essendon. Id say we would have improved alot since then. Id like to see these stats round by round.

Ive seem him do some good things. But unfortunately his attention span is about that of a goldfish 7 seconds.

His best position is on the wing, playing more defensively to get the ball out of the 50 with pin point passes, and drifting forward every now and then to provide another forward option.

Return to glory, Howe was the player who covered the most ground and ranthe most of any Demon player, so to sayhe doesmt work hard enough is wrong.

I dont care what anybody says, i was proud f the boys today. If we had Watts kicking out I reckon we would have won. They scored alot of goals from our poor skills trying t get it outside defensive fifty. Throw on Grimes and Clark and we would have had one more class player on each line. Good on you Davey, Dawes and Magner, 3 that stood out aside from the usual bunch. Very pleased with M Jones and Terlich, new additions this year who will be long term prospects.
