Time to go Goody?
What about our straight line deterioration over the past 4 years? Or the 6 losses in the past 7 games? Who gets the blame for that? The guy that cuts the half time oranges?

Brad Greens letter to members
Really? What about holding those who run our football department to account? What about ensuring our coaches do something about the same problems we have had for 4 years in some cases such as kicking for goal? What about ensuring our players commit to basic football actions like running to position for a 666 and a centre bounce? What about making sure our leaders like Gawn Petracca Viney and oliver learn how to kick a f*ng football? There are a hundred things the fan base is irate about that we see week in week out like selection integrity, or playing Petty in the fwd line? Who is being held to account for these decisions? No one is being held to account as far as I can tell. So Brad, thanks for the letter. Props for speaking to members at a difficult time but its total crapola. We are losing members at a faster rate than any other club according to my inside informant. If change is not seen to be happening we won't have a club.

Time to go Goody?
Question. We supposedly breached the 666 rule but it must have been for a second time otherwise there would have been a ball up Can anyone direct me to when the first infraction was? Thanks in advance

POSTGAME: Rd 20 vs St. Kilda
Zero leadership What a shambles. Our fab 4 should hang their heads in shame. As for Simon This has been coming for a long time His position is simply untenable We're 20,000 supporters down this year and I daresay we'll do the same next year. Club Killing Simon.

Time to go Goody?
https://www.theaustralian.com.au/sport/afl/its-time-for-melbourne-to-move-on-from-the-big-five-but-where-is-their-next-premiership-coming-from/news-story/a71b6b6a776d4d641667af987cbd8693 Great article in The Australian stating what we all know. Dees finished in the bottom 4 again, can't carry on with Viney, Oliver, gawn, Petracca and expect to contend again with these players at our core. Have to be bold trading out players, change or game plan etc etc Its funny how doing the same thing and getting the same results is not the recipe for success

Time to go Goody?
Yet he plays the same players in the same positions each week regardless of form............ Right Simon....

Time to go Goody?
I'm tipping he's not selling his 3 Hungry Jack's franchises that generate an estimated $2m+ pa in profits. Should that have been in the salary cap by the way?????

May to Tribunal
Why no scrutiny of Evans? He was running in an adjacent line to may and reaches in to get the ball a nano second before May gets there. he could have chosen to tackle instead he chose to get the ball and spin away from may. He stuffed up.

May to Tribunal
So [censored]. I hate the AFL I'm done

Can we talk about Kolt?
The policy is pretty simple. Don't open the thread if you don't want to read it. Just like eKaren you want to control what people say

Can we talk about Kolt?
15 of the same players. What's changed?

May to Tribunal
Having watched the replay of this incident a few times now, it's absolutely clear that: May ran straight at the ball with his arms outstretched to scoop it. He didn't brace until after contact, he didn't shape to bump or indeed bump. Evans on the other hand ran slightly to the left of the ball and reached into May's path to grab the ball. He then tried to spin away from May No case to answer from May

CASEY: Rd 17 vs Carlton VFL
Hmmm I wonder if this is what we are missing in the seniors. You know tall fwd with strength that can mark and kick goals?? Nah just kidding, we'll play the same failed fwds as we always do.

May to Tribunal
The media commentary around this is disgraceful. But whats new. Both players had a choice here and they chose not to shirk and run straight at the ball. The fact that Evans govt there a split second beforehand appears to be lost here. As is the fact that May did not deviate, did not brace, did not leave the ground and had his hands in a fwd scooping motion fully expecting to collect the ball. Why is it only May that has a 'duty of care' ? What about Evans who saw may heading straight for the ball as well. he didn't deviate or brace for contact either. Why does may have to be the one who stops or deviates? Why couldn't Evans move to one side and try to retrieve the ball with one hand? I hate the AFL. Every single one of them at AFL house should be sacked. The incident with Alex Pearce earlier in the year was worse in a number of ways yet he got off. He braced for contact and was clearly not going to get to the ball first. Oh and he left the ground https://www.facebook.com/AFL/videos/alex-pearce-three-match-suspension/1245191583995603/

POSTGAME: Rd 19 vs Carlton
So we have demonstrably got worse in the past 4 years and its just 'carry on' as you are. No discernable game plan, players getting worse at a personal level, few players have improved, same problems of scoring and 'connection, same midfield that are turnover merchants, no key fwd, same selection issues.. Have I missed anything? We re pretty much irrelevant now with terrible timeslots and a media that couldn't care less about the Demons. This administration and coaching panel - or lack of it - is killing the club

Can we talk about Kolt?
Kolt hasn't shown much buts its clear that he's being treated differently to KBrown and BLaurie
