  1. Thanks for the post. Can I suggest you locate the return/paragraph key on your keyboard,. That will make it a lot easier to read
  2. Heard on the radio tonight that there are 7 Bummer top up players that played a combined 6 games last year. Jamar was 5 of those. They will be so light on for fitness. They should get smashed this year.

    Jack Grimes

There are several benefits to this: 1. He has good endurance. 2. He can help with the plan to turn the opp'n ball over before it gets to our backline. 3. He is a good reader of play 4. He has footy smarts and should be able to position himself well 5. So long as he kicks to the top of the square he can never kick out on the full from the wing
  4. And they were also fined retrospectively for breaching the salary cap. Should have had the Premiership taken off them Cheats.
  5. And he had a head knock in the pre-season which saw the team wind his particpation back a bit....
  6. Roos would not be retained on a $1.5m salary. He would be realistic enough to understand a diminished role in admin/culture maintenance or whatever would be worth signifcantly less. He wont leave to coach elsewhere. He would be a tremendous asset to retain around the club.
  7. He's a country boy so maybe unlikely to have big tickets on himself. Maybe he is repeating what he has been told.
  8. Didn't the Blues have Dave Buttifant as fitness adviser? The same guy who was credited with getting the Pies into finals with Malthouse? Interesting, if so, that he wasn't able to stay ahead of the curve or get the Blues to train to the required standards..
  9. I wouldn't have thought so. Most of the stuff she writes would not get past the DLand filter. She is a hypocritical feminazi of the highest order.
  10. You can't point to one direct quote from Lyon or Brownless in relation to this.
  11. Read a quote where we are looking to turn the ball over from the opposition much closer to our own goal rather than from our defence. Makes sense as it puts a lot less pressure on everybody. With Trac, Kent, Garlett and even Hunt chasing down opponents this could be a real game changer for us......
  12. Have you seen a quote or interview anywhere from Brownless or Lyon or their ex-wives? Or did you just make that up?
  13. That would make it around 20 secs for 100m which seems too slow to me..
  14. He is still strong even though he's not muscular (if that makes sense)
  15. Maybe its 30m.....
  16. Its a promo. The real footage they wouldn't publish. Why telegraph your entire game plan to the world?
  17. Cmon mate this is Austraya. You don't shag your mate's missus. Even if she is an ex. Unless of course your mate says its OK......
  18. Actually you don't have a right to free speech anywhere in Australia. Full stop. Particularly with 18c in place. Australians are misguided in the belief that we can say what we like but it is not enshrined in the constitution like it is in the US under the First Amendment.
  19. I have ruled a line through him. Does too many dumb things. Like falling into the back of players and giving away frees, repeatedly. We can't afford too many players with no footy brain.
  20. Wow Just read Beveridge's comments: Beveridge hit back at suggestions the players should have said something at the time. "Anybody who steps out of line or is a boat rocker probably doesn't last that long," he said. [The AFL players are all just sheep who follow their past player idols, therefore they have done no wrong. And if you do raise a voice you wil be punted out of the club - nice. Mind boggling comment] "The Essendon players have been treated like a European cycling team who should know better. [Why should the EFC be dofferent from nearly every other sport in the world?] "Well, no, they shouldn't know better because they had no grounding to work from." [Well what are they doing on their 20 hours of lectures on drugs every year?]
  21. Tracy Homes Micheal Warner Mark Robinson
  22. Interesting vote in the AGE about who will have a breakout year. Angus Brayshaw the standout leader followed by Zach Merret.
