Pleasantly surprised this morning walking my dog's around the local park along Gardiner's creek - to see Tommy Mac doing his off-season program. Running well, doing some plyometric training. Warms the heart seeing them putting in some yards while on official break.

Just saw a new ad on the Hawks Crows game Tracc and Bonnie Toogood cooking some sausage rolls for Coles. Was thinking OK but something was off - Bonnie in Essendon paraphernalia with Coles branded apron. Tracc also wore the coles apron...... but white shirt no demon polo unlike Bonnie. Not sure if coles have a sponsor arrangement with essendon and we don't but if that was the case surely you'd get a bomber on instead of Tracc. Something is off with Traccs cooking - must be an omen that hes off to Carlton given we all smell what theyre cooking....

Yeah nah. Bradbury was favourite for the Gold 4 years earlier and a similar crash gave it elsewhere. Apollo the favourite this time and all the other main skaters were wearing skates made by Bradbury. He was a gun and fully deserved his medal. Have been deadset against the overarching 'Bradbury theme' since the start. Battler that won due to everyone else crashing. The bloke was already a legend in the sport well before that moment and finally got his due after luck going against him previously. /rant over carry on

Completely agree and we'll said @rpfc Ever since she debuted with us in those initial exhibition games having a long kicking style that brought back memories of Darren Bennett. She has been an amazing focal point for women's footy on and off the field. How dare she be photographed mid match wearing appropriate footy gear and kicking the footy as hard as she can. Still can't believe the relentless social media abuse she has had to deal with from that photo and audacity of her being a pioneer in the women's game and having a statue built celebrating her status in the women's game.

You need a wad on hand at coterie lunch. 100 here 500 there. Money in envelopes for table envelopes. They had to stop doing the reverse raffle about 10 years ago apparentlythat type of raffle became illegal ( back then was $1000 per table - 50% went winning table and the rest to the club. The last 3 tables were able to discuss options and make their own rules - ie 1st 2nd 3rd, or all to the winner or whatever you can negotiate... was always the highlight of the day!)
