For the good of MFC Neeld needs to resign & at least let someone else salvage some pride for the club & players!

Everyone really think that members/supporters/sponsors can put up with this garbage for another 19 rounds? Long term damage to the young players! Exodus of senior players...whats left! Viney & Toumpas are thinking WTF!

Whilst CS divided our playing list & footy dept with tanking etc & was time for him to go.....from a finanial point of view he did a fairly good job We need a CEO who can galvanize the club & create the right culture

No doubt culture is & has been an issue aut our club for decades A disconnect between admin & footy dept/players not in the same building The question I ask.... this was even more so when the team was training @ junction oval with crap facilities but yet the team played in 6 final series in 10yrs incl a GF My question is there a disconnect between coaching & playing group or the players [censored] off with how recent senior players were treated by taking them out of leadership group & forced to retire/;leave?

Very sad.....Neeld has dismantled our list & filled it up with rejects! Cameron Ling did say the Cats wr great at developing players & draft picks are only a small part of it! Look @ Sydney, their culture very strong & developing both young & discards is very strong Ted Richards,Mitch Morton.Josh Kenedy....... Neeld talks about another rebuild.... why when we had early picks & proven older players that just needed to be managed better

Is it possible that a club could lose 2 no#1 draft picks within 5yrs??? Yep its Melbourne we can do it! What a diabolical situation that would be....

What are the real costs if our club continues to have disastrous onfeild performances Membership down 7k from 36K - 28K approx @ $180each =1.260 mil Gate takings as ccrowds stay away....this may push this over 1.5-2 mill Long term damage to our brand...sponsors more$$$ Any talented Player exodus Long term damage mentally to playing list So changing coaches may not be that costly after all???

I dont understand...if the players are not united & hate the coach....they looked shell shocked after the game & looked like they were hurting!

We are a luaghing stock & a Joke! People in our club need to be held accountable! Neeld is responsible like any other coach to present a team that can compete! This guy has dismantled our list & made 14 changes..... with disccards from others sides! The players are not responding to him..... Club needs to act as they will take a massive hit $$$ on gate & membership!

This tells a sad story Im followed melbourne all my life inc 15yr member & cant remember a side so uncompetetive as we have in the last 5-6 yrs Since 2008 we have won 7.5 games of 64 Victorian teams 4 wins against Richmond 3 wins agianst Essendon draw against Coll And to continue to hear how well our preseason was & how great we are training...... Give me a break!

Poppovic Coach of WSW was asked what were the criteria he was looking in players Hunger Play for each other Play for the supporters This club was formed less than 12mths ago & took in recycled players & were able to create a great culture which has resulted in winnining the premiers plate & unbeaten in 10games! When you watch them play every player is pressing up & pushing the opposition back in their defensive half...no space which results in turnovers Different sport though principles are the same...if anything AFL has taken a lot from world football

Cant believe what this P#@#K has done to our list & club! Dont forget we beat the Swans by 70 points! Drew & lost by a point ( should have won both) to the filth in 2010 who were premiers! Someone should play this to him & say WTF! I agree with you ....Bailey was not the answer & our game plan needed twigging to make our players more accountable! We even at same stages were ranked highest in tackles with Bailey! Our tackle count under Neeld would be miles off! Neeld please leave!

The whole club is at fault for its recruiting methods & the crap culture it created by tanking thinking that this would bring on field success! It ripped apart the soul of our players which has seen Mclean,Rivers,Moloney leave....these guys may not have been A+ players but they were hard worker b+ players that make up the fabri of your playing list. Very sad

The problem is clubs are too scared to sack a coach so early as this shows the club has overeacted etc lets look at the facts..how many qtrs has this team won since 2012...not many & maybe the worst outside GC & GWS. This club must & need to make a call in the next month if no improvement is made in terms been able to compete & if we are getting flogged each week. A change is needed to protect the brand,sponsors, membership & most important its members who cannot continue to be subjected to this garbage each week along with the 5mill+ that they have donated to save the club. You really think high influencial members will put up with this for much longer. So the club made a mistake in appointing Neeld...so what move on & find the right person,, we cant afford to let another season of floggins!

Neeld needs to be held accountable! Dont care what list he inhereted! Its part of his job to manage that! How can Port get a new coach, new presi,finish down the bottom last yr & a financial mess & beat us by 13goals He has turned over 14 players & we still no passion or pressure from the players why? It appears that all of our experienced leaders Rivers & Moloney etc are all gone why? Rivers was a club man riped to be our leader! Neeld is too much like a teacher & not able to get a buy in from the group...is us vs them culture! This club & supporters/members want survive this [censored]! Ive been a 15yr member & supporter since 1969 & my son who is 15 has lost interest! Thats not fickle support thats a gutfull of crap! Mclardy act know & find out WTF is wrong with NEELD & sack him as we the paying memberrs have paid over 5mill to clear the debt!
