Reminds me of....please can I have more soop! There are no quick fixes! Any money should be spent on getting structures,recruiters,development right We need to become self sufficient! Afl have a nerve...they sink the boots into clubs like bulldogs,north....by giving them the worse exposure on Tv times & playing sundays etc fixed draws to make bigger clubs get bigger..stadium deals which are crap..when you compare what the Cats make each game over 500k at home. Afl .....give all clubs a level playing feild & tools to allow them to market & grow their brands!

Need to sell a new message of hope to keep sponsors,members & stop player exodus For goodness sake MFC target a premiership coach, a coach to help mend the damaged confidence,replace these young captains to allow them to concentrate on becoming good players first! Target free agency on midfielders as we have nothing! Get the best payer development team to ensure our young players are developed right regardless if they are pick 1 or 70! \ Dont ask for a priority pick.....work hard on developing no easer short cuts!

Not a fair comment The members have supported for so many yrs........Im a 16yr member straight & along with many others have paid each year to support our club Foundation members cleared a 5 mill debt Yeah we are soft! Start pointing the finger at the board, footy dept,coaches,recruiters, player development staff who for the last decade have had so many early draft picks & our crap developmnet has resulted in us having the worst midfield ever! Point the finger at Neeld & comp who drove a stake through our senior players,stripped them of leadership group,treated Green our captain with no respect & put 2 young Captains who just dont look ready, made our B&F in 2011 Moloney leave, & will cause a mass exodus at year end! The players hate this guy & have no respect for him!

Problem goes deeper into Daniher yrs.......when players like Yze & White ( let Jolly go still playing 2 flags) had currency they should have been traded to revitalise the list Darfting since 03 & developing of players very poor & as a result early picks either traded,delisted or on the list as d graders

How many more 100pt loses an this club & members/supporters take? The brand is damaged! The player exodus will be massive! Imagine losing what talent we have left eg Frawley,Silvia,Watts etc We need change to somehow embrace these players & sell them a new message of hope along with the supporter base which has been smashed! Know the feeling mate...... Grew up in the 70s felt the same way as a kid that Melb would never play finals or win a flag! The 80s came & there was hope with Norhey & then 90s with Balme & Daniher went into 00s........ This guy now has divided & conquered to the point that all of our senior players have left & now our younger ones want to leave! Thanks Mr Neeld for the hope you give our members & supporters!

Amazing since the failed merger in 96 Hawthorn have over 60k membership Waverley training ground which cost them zero Debt free & making huge profits! 1 Premiership! Amazing talent of players! The MFC is 1 train wreck after another! You would think that they would model their structures of them or geelong, coll.....as stated by Jackson after just 5 days on the job! WTF was Scwhab doing???

The frustration here is Neeld let go of an experiened midfielder & replaced him with a spud like Rhodan! Why? The same goes with Gysberts....swapped with Pedderson another spud! Our senior players needed Neeld to believe in them, not torch them! Ask the senior players at Port Adelaide what they think of Hinkley.......

A Train wreck!

The treatment of our senior playing list over the last 3-4 yrs is depolorable! Dawes way to early to call & unfair......He showed on 3-4 ocassions that he did provide a target.....took marks & kicked to players who scored. You could have Lockett & Dunstall up front ......if you dont have a midfield & garbage ballls kicked to fwd line....even they would make a difference

What everyone is missing here is that getting early picks is only one part of it..... The developing of these young players is critical & thus far for the last 10yrs its been deplorable which has seen the majority of our early picks either delisted or moved on! Look @ Geelong & Sydney who havent bottomed out but yet keep on producing.....Geelong had 10 players who have played less than 50 games that beat Essendon

Cant believe that he would say the first 1/2 was great & they were proud of them @ 1/2 time! WTF we lost to an expansion team by 10goals....our tackling & skill level was a disgrace! The team is playing worse than last year & he says the players are fitter & stronger!

Im 48....& have never seen a more poor side to pull on jumper for the MFC! Our skill level is beyond a joke! Our game plan,,......who [censored] knows! I would say that all peoplel involved in our recruiting & player development area should resign as this is criminal whats occcuring! Neeld like it or not will pay the the price!

Amazing....... players had no fancy training facilities,less coaches,no sports science crap.....Just good old hard training & leadership! Went to that game.....never felt more proud to be a dees man!
