Why let Rivers go along with Moloney & replace them with spud Rhodan & Pedderson...........answer Neeld!

Bottom line.... We are miles of the pace! 6 yrs of early picks & we have the poorest midfield...... Dont have the cattle & concern that our developing of players if you go on past history is diabolical! The spuds they recruited in Pedderson & Rhodan are terrible...would have preffered we got more kids How long do you put up with 10 goal loses & the only wins are agianst expansion teams....as we will beat no other team

Why in gods name would you let a midfeilder walk out your door & replace him with a 29yo spud Rhodan? Moloney had his issuesbut was passionate about the MFC,..Neeld has barbequed him as this guy guy cannot manage his players By the way Mclean had 29 touches also..... another midfielder gone!

We all want quick fixes.. Most of our early picks have been a disaster & our development even worse! Succesful clubs provide great development & strong culture & picks are only 1 part of the equation Our list is in a mess due to the last 6-10 yrs of pathetic development & to see spuds like Rohdan & Pedderson running around is very sad!

we had a chance to get sheedy 5 yrs ago & bring in a rookie to take over him after 5 yrs....again mfc stuff up! we had a chance to chase R Lyon.... again asleep at the wheel! Look @ the exodus of senior players & so many early picks that have left .... Who knows what the asnwer is & would any decent coach willing to take on this basket case?

Hinkley has built a reltionship with his players who play for him & one another! Neeld has no relationship & burnt all of the senoir players! The ability to provide a contest & intensity does not require skills, its called character & culture driven by the playing group & the coah galvanizing the playesr....Neeld has failed. I guarantee you if Hinkley or.Sanderson were coahing us we would be achieving the above...win/loss ratio aside

How much more can members/supporters take? We donate 5 mill to clear debt! Put up with appauling performances! Watch our early draft picks either leave the club or get delisted! Watch our senior players shown no respect! Listen to our coach drawing positives from a 94 point loss! You be the Judge!

We are questioning Toumpas after 3 games wtf! Start having a crack @ Sylvia who for almost 10yrs has failed to deliver & become a real leader! If he put the same effort into his preperation & game day as he did @ Riva bar on Sat nite drinking binge! Have a crack @ our development of our players, bloddy shocking! Bottom line is that Hinkley has a connection with his players! Players play for him & would crawl over broken glass! Neeld has incenerated most of the senior player list & stripped them of leadership duties! Game plan makes sense!

People having a crack at out our 1st yr players is bordering on stupidity! Questions need to be asked at our club on whats the plan on developing our young & current players? Our record since 08 is shocking & disgraceful! Look at clubs like Swans,Coll, Geelong ...& they all say its not the draft pick number is how you further develop them....Ling said that was Geelongs strength! I tell you if the footy club burns another young talent,,,,they should be held in contempt! Watts,Gusberts needed to serve an apprentership along with toumpas & viney! Imagine them comming into a midfield with Brock, Moloney,Jones as leaders?

Yeah get rid of hard body of Moloney a B&F so we an replace with spuds like Rhodan & Pedderson! Yeah get rid off Gysberts & dont invest anymore time into a pick 12 Maybey work with what you have & maximise their efforts! Oh yeah thats right forget Neeld just wants to burn players & get spuds in!
