  1. he can take a grab, but that's about it.
  2. I'm afraid for many it is probably terminal.
  3. Have to say, even though it was a year ago and less than 2 minutes long, his highlights video impressed me more than both Petracca's and Brayshaw's. And i know, it's a highlights video, but all the same ...
  4. I don't understand Howe. His field kicking is very very good, yet his goal kicking leaves a little to be desired at times.
  5. He will help out the midfield, he'll kick over it. Simple. Done
  6. That's an all too familiar trip!!!
  7. Hopefully tomorrow we can pull a rabbit out of a hat with pick 23, idk.
  8. Was a Wesley College boy, not sure if that makes it better or worse! Frost is also a Wesley boy.
  9. Our biggest FA signing next year will be our own skipper. Need to worry about our own backyard before we try and pillage someone else's. North learned that the hard way today!
  10. Who says it's going to end up like a fairy tale, after all it happened to us with Mitch Clark. Oh wait......................MFCSS
  11. I agree that we should try and get something of good midfield value with pick 23. Got us Bernie last year, wave it in every clubs face until they are so sick and tired of it, they give us something decent just to shut us up!
  12. I've been singing that song for over 15 years, my old man's been singing it for 40+ years.
  13. I agree it's not ideal, but i'd rather have him around the club come draft time and over the entire draft night - start of season, than if he were to stay during the entire trade period. He would have told all who needed to know at the club what he wanted to do, and as previously stated would be on speed dial if need be. Plus, better to have a coach who is away than no coach at all like a GC or Bulldogs, even if they just traded in last year's #1 pick (and gave up the farm for both him and part of Griffen's salary.
  14. Same can be said for Brayshaw.
  15. The only thing that goes against us drafting Lever is that he will be a longer term investment, given his knee injury and height would see him take a little longer to settle. Not the ready to go midfield type Roos has been going after (like a Brayshaw or Petracca).
  16. Then you wouldn't have drafted the likes of Selwood or Judd? Although shoulders seem to be easier to recover from than knees (however Porplyzia would argue against that)
  17. He and Garlett could go to court on the same day hand in hand. No such thing as bad press!
  18. Would throw a spanner in the GWS works.
  19. Ian Kyte of the Cannons rates him a potential #1. Sort of like Michael Turner - best player to ever come through the Falcons! Take your point though DD, i wouldn't complain if we got Lever if he has fully recovered. Think he is now 194cm, according to a recent article. http://www.afl.com.au/news/2014-10-07/phantom-form-guide-october-edition
  20. He's 194cm according to this recent article. http://www.afl.com.au/news/2014-10-07/phantom-form-guide-october-edition Great highlights video though. Brayshaw and Lever, yes please (provided knee has recovered - might need Richmond's medico's to check him out)
  21. True, but you could double up on the celebration or the consolation by keeping one in reserve.
  22. I'd save it for tomorrow Deyes
  23. Waiting for Watts to come good is like waiting for the second coming of Christ. It's never going to happen (i apologise to all believer's for both Watts and Christ). But that's not his problem, he's still gonna get extremely well paid for doing SFA, which will no doubt please both himself and his mummy.
