Well I think that has been well and truly answered with our plummeting membership numbers. I fear what next years may be if he is around next year inflicting the same old dull on both fans and players.

I feel it would need to be one of them plus a future first, as we’ve hamstrung ourselves a bit with the long contracts.

Do we have the cap space? Do we have the trade capital?

You do you @jackaub , but getting a home base built is bigger than any personnel grievances one might have with the club.

I’m sure once we finally get to the stage where we just need to find the $ to get it going, many will contribute……some very generously.

Had that thug Maynard not taken out Brayshaw in the first quarter, we’d have had his leadership and unquestionable efforts out on the field the whole game, instead of Laurie (who still can’t nail a spot in the best 22). We’d have then rolled the Giants 2 weeks later, and taken down anyone in the GF. One thug act away from said “dynasty”. Still………..I’m happy I got to see our 13th.

Good riddance. Both him and Roffey were brought on for their facilities ‘expertise’, yet both have gone and we’re no closer to a solution. Remind me again what either actually did at the club, apart from riding the coattails of their respective predecessors?

Kanga obviously is, that much is clear. He’d even argue that the friggin disc golfers cannot be displaced as there is nowhere else for them to go.

Another gift from Roffey and Pert that keeps on giving. Goodwin needs to go at years end, I fear what our membership will be next year if he’s still around. A whole coaching clean out is needed. Ironic that Pert, Roffey and Goodwin kept saying we won’t become complacent, yet as it turns out, it is these 3 that have been shown to be the most of anyone at the club.

I’m sure that if the MFC were to supply dog waste bags around the walking track, many would happily accept our moving in. Always wanting something for nothing……………people make me sick.

such a sheepish end to our year. Goodwin needs to go, his arrogance of the last 4 years is stinking up the place. Get rid of Richardson too whilst we’re at it. Need a big list overhaul imo. We have too many passengers that aren’t willing to put in hard enough for long enough. Delusional if anyone thought we would be contending finals this year. Same coach, same players…………..same results. Time to trade players who no longer want to be here and start again.

It’s easy. They pay minimal wages to players’, then get a third party to pay them astronomical sponsorship money where said player does SFA aside from the odd cameo appearance, all the while the club floods the home ground in sponsor products……….. Then these players are able to get their hands on land that ‘has just come on to the market’ or was a ‘private sale’ in enviable locations in the surf coast. Similar to COLA purposes, only this time its name is lifestyle.

No doubt the majority of his contract will be paid in Freo tears 😭
