A slip by Dunny, went back to acting before thinking !! Jumper punching the supporters...not so clever !!
-
its going to get very VERY interesting now. Who moves where? Who has a coach in trade week etc. who doesnt !! One domino falls ...whos next ?? stay tuned , dont touch that remote !!

Solve the training oval issue and you have a very tempting idea , but thats a lot easier said than done. I think it would be marvellous to have the G as the real home for the Dees. A lot of pluses .. But cant see how it would happen. still wondering whos pushing this though ..lol

almost warrant a straight swap on its own ??

I cant put my finger on it ....but something's not quite right.. Reminds me of the 'bait and switch" routine. The more I think the more something smells fishy ! Who moves and why...etc St Kilda are big winner if they get the Junction oval and leave the swamp. Good for them. Heres where it gets curious. Cricket Vic would take up co tenancy at the Junction. DO they currently have some commercial obligation to the G ? Would hey need some bunny to take over some lease etc Have no idea but Im thinking , forget whats in it for us, who actually benefits ??

On that note it to me is interesting to note that whilst in the past Dland has gone all gooey over the notion of two early picks and which toddlers will be grab ....and then ff to '14 and I for one dont expect to really use either of our two early picks on the draft. I reckon both will go to trades for REAL players who can do something TODAY. We'' probably craftily pick up a later/mid first round selection but it wont be the focus, just something for the bank, as it always should have been . it is a lottery for sure

As noted by others its the training park locale thats the illogic here. I am one who like the warmth and fuzziness and the whole idea of being BACK at the G...our Home. But where to train ? Theorectically you could create another oval outside. Goschs could be handed over to replace the space. All probably very unlikely. Definitely someone elses motive involved here I suspect.

Am starting to wonder though, whats in it for someone else. We may be a result, but i sense someone/something ELSE is the reason.

Agree GRRM...would be hanging on to 22 -
I think Mahoney etc are wise to this
-
Interesting to listen to Liked how they always subtly pump up Clarks tyres etc. Clever work
-
theyd be dead handy
-
I disagree...Only Mouse and Swine have opined. For what. Swanns the new boy in town trying to make a name for himself and Malthouse is becoming increasingly irrelevant by the day. The many said nothing and these nongs pipe up. Mahoney was nicely dismissive of both.

Interesting listening to Mahoney. Got his head on that bloke (good). The last bit was curious. I'd expect Watts and Jimmy to be involved as names thrown up from time to time. I think Josh (as does the club) already knows Frawley will get 3. Curious as to what/who we will get from the Cattery. The Filth seem more co-operative than often before. Well played Josh

Classic case of the new kid in town swanning around firing off his new shiny six-shooters . Look at me, yeah, I'm a Lion, hear me roar. I'm one of you guys, I'm good arent I !! A good fit for Brisvegas really -
Disappointed and yet it plays into the hands of any subterfuge. Smoke and mirrors. Remember its all a silly season game
-
Probably is asking too much even if theres a remote argument to suggest we should know more. I for one arent surprised the club isnt more forthcoming currently. Simple explanation and possibly one followers like thedeeman might embrace, pragmatism......and timing. Its the silly season. This is where clubs need all there wits about them and avoid those with only half as much. It serves us ( the Melbourne collective ) no purpose to expose all the dirty washing at this juncture. That just dilutes values and tarnishes reputations for no real gain ( atm ). I suspect privately the club is furious. I also think wiser heads will tap others on shoulders and suggest silence for the moment. When the dust has settled after trading and players come and go, then, and only then do I think the club will subtlely let fire a few shots across bows, might even miss and hit someone Its all a game and the club is playing it fine. The prize is not dissemination of information, the prize is bettering the list and reducing and toxicity and the influence of nqr's. Be patient....truth outs
