Its sad for anyone obeying the law, and the rules of the particular sport. It's sad that those doing so get confronted with competing against CHEATS. Its sad that when caught they look to blame others and lie their way out of sanction. Its sad that the Law even provides they can stall and obfuscate legitimate action against them. Its sad that none of the above is either rumour or inuendo. Its a matter of record. Just as sad was it all only came to light through an agency not actually connected to this game.
