Its a very interesting question....with many fascinating thoughts. Im not really sure what to make of it all to tell the truth but it's very hard to look away. Some odd, ( more bizarre ) selections and inclusions at times that just fly in the face of what might otherwise be called 'prudent' I really don't give any credence to practically all of the 'noise' that emanates from the club about players on more than one occasion I've thought..."why is such and such playing?" Seemingly so have many others.

in all honesty as I suggested earlier...maybe someone just calling it as it really is..to just say..there's no actual point in saying this or that, just calling it as it is. That would be refreshing. Instead we always get someone ...saying something.... thats in all honesty mean sfa. Instead of saying what many may feel they want/need to hear. Just be brutally honest. Words are valueless.

doesnt really matter what any one says.....I've never seen a scoreboard that reads Goals - Behinds- Words

Is it just possible that instead of the company line...instead of plattitudes...instead of just seeming XY or Z ...a player might just say... "You know words are empty...they are just vacuous packaging of a box full of ( insert word of choice ) ...even these are trite....we just have to play footy...and do it better"

And team mates love goals. Smith is an entirely different type to Jeffy ( role ) Just how many do we need to fly for a mark ?? Garlett is an intuitive player... He doesnt fit the new mould that the FD have created. Jeffy knows when zigging is preferential to zagging..A lot of our lot just zag now because they are told to zag....and they all zag in each others way. Jeffy will find it hard to get back in the side whilst some block the door ( and they might not be players ) Jurrah wouldnt get a game today for us

Boom...tish !!! Slam dunk !!! How poorly...really...does it reflect on us that a team...its coach were able to so easily peg us ? And part of that ease must stem from the reticence of our coach to change tack. We continually cut off our nose to spite our face.

Not a lot of gain to be had reacting quickly if the other side can run quicker. It just strikes me a lot of what Herr Goodwin utters doesn't gel with the reality.

Jones will never be traded... he's cemented to the club and one of Maccas /Mahoney s fav. Goodwin not about to trade his capt. There are any number that might be enquired of though. I think those getting a DCM are more likely from the ranks who AREN'T being played. StrangER days ahead

Mate...so sorry youve had that experience. You've spoken saliently. At seasons end, if not before , some hard choices need to be made....right across the FD...thats staff through all the list. Too many NQR and CBB currently. The ship's heading for a reef currently....and many except most on board can see it. I can see how its hard to get enthusiasm to see a game ....if thats what we get.
