Have thought this guy to be quite interestin gfor awhile, this past year validating if only my interest. Its starting to come together for him..but he's still not quite there and for the life of me I cant really fault much of what he does..but he need to crank it up a notch. He can be quite a handy kick going forward from teh arc and possibly , picking his moments need to do just that whther its heading for home or ramming it down the throat of the square with hopes of mark or ball to groudn to goal etc. Going to be an interesting year in 09 for PJ...far more upside ( and dimensionality ) than that other fellow

Getting anything for either White or Bruce is somewhat fanciful in light of how this draft will play out. Roos is only too aware they also need to get some inigourating blood into their line up...only so many gerries on life support that a team can caryy !! The concept of Bruce going in any which way and returning a 2nd rounder is more our wishing that any reality coming back at us.. It s all just a nice idea !! White will walk up the road for nix

Given the histories of the three clubs, Melb, Carlton and Freo..and their abilites and successes at hardball and shiftylike negotiating; who are you going to put money on winning this one ?? Im not putting mine on us !!

Obviously quite capable and one of the few bright moments of our year to date. Seems to understand his position better as his games progress, as pointed out still has some "upper level " thinking to develop but seems to have the wherewithall to do so. He just needs to EAT !! lol If you don't eat yer meat, you can't have any pudding. How can you have any pudding if you don't eat yer meat? As far as Brooklands goes the residents ( new owners ) should never have been allowed to become such. A very simple basis ( in law) for much that is sold is whether " the goods are fit for the purpose intended" In this case they obviously werent. There will no doubt be , as aleady started, a bun fight as to who's holding the hot potato. Whilst being very much stuffed around I dont think the 'residents' will be too badly off in the long run. Its going to be time that is the annoying factor. Wouldnt trade places though. This really wont affect the Dees/Casey project.

I think the club has to be cool calm and deliberate. It cant afford to be distracted from its primary objective... i.e make the best use of pick 1.. Warnock ,this is a side story. Unless the clubs involved ( Melb, WCE and Freo ) are all quietly sounding each other out.. (I mean really would this happen lol ) ..unless Melb KNOWS it can play with its Ace..then it needs to hang on to it.
