Spot on Jaded. Lots of posters are disappointed we didn't bend Adelaide over after Lever nominated us. That is short sited. Whilst we trade fairly it encourages clubs to deal with us and players to nominate us. Our competitive edge needs to come from culture, drafting, fitness and coaching.

I suspect that is why we got next years 3rd round to start accumulating points to trade with one of the clubs who have academies.

How come Robbie Flower could always get to the drop of the ball and not be pushed out of the way? It is more than a strength issue.

It could also be type of player. The stars of TAC and SANFL that don't win their own ball struggle at AFL level.

We might win on the trade but we lose in the long run. We have a number of potential stars in Petracca and Lever's age bracket. Let's not trade one out for the other, we should build on them and have a crack at the premiership.

Salem is worth more to us than he is on the open market. He has shown enough to be considered valuable but no club will pay enough with his injury history.

Rubbish. Scott Thompson came good before he went to Adelaide. We developed him and nursed him through injury. Everyone knew he was going to be a star especially Daniher.

It's funny I always though gout was caused by grog but my old man has been off this [censored] for 10 years and still gets it. one thing I know for sure; take the recommended dose of the medication. My father in law nailed as many pills as he could to mitigate against the pain and ended up with a urinary tract infection. Not pleasant!
