one of the more fatuous 'articles' mick has ever come up - cliche after cliche, bearing no relevance to the 2020 side...save for extolling the virtues of four players and then comparing may and lever, two markedly different defenders and the player picked up as a result of "trading dom tyson for josh kelly" (or bryce gibbs 2.0 as he appears to be) was none other than christian salem, who mick rates as one of the best four in the side either do some actual research and reason-based analysis or stick to cliche and increasingly unreadable irrelevance

hope it's nate jones really intriguing team selection north have been a pretty good pressure team so far this year, so we've obviously picked on that basis not having gawn there makes for an interesting situation; i see nothing wrong with throwing jackson the gauntlet HOWEVER i am not a fan as i have really liked the whacko / weed combo of tall forwards as per selection, we've got a lot smaller, younger, and less experienced with losing gawn and viney

he's holding down chf and he's about to hold down starting ruck after, what, seven games? i honestly was mighty surprised when he was the selection but he looks like he'll develop beautifully, injury permitting smart player with a big frame and good skill

less game time is definitely keeping things exciting for longer, and there's been some cracking games - gimme a close game over a blowout any day (unless it's us doing the blowing out!) if witherden really is available i would hope we'd be keen mcluggage is a gun; amazing that mcgrath and taranto went ahead of him; both good players but mcluggage is a pearler

true i dunno, i'm just presuming we have the bfg for no reason and they'll stick with the more 'mobile' option although personally i would think that preuss would be more 'mobile' than t mac so who knows
