  1. the biggest change i want to see is brayshaw going back to being a defensive wingman rather than an inside mid harmes to go inside and 'run with' neale from the get go; make his life miserable i would love to see plugger mac but i'm not expecting it; in fact, i'm fully expecting 'no change'
  2. god i would he's not even average
  3. as an afl member i'm now joining the queue took about 25 mins for the prelim; expecting this to be even longer why the matches are not staggered ticket releases is mindblowing
  4. a week off? if he's got a fracture in his lower leg it's no wonder he could barely get up a jog last night
  5. yeesh, just saw the report not great
  6. 6: oliver 5: may 4: langdon 3: fritsh 2: petty 1: hibberd we lost cos our midfield got slaughtered and we couldn't defend the ground - the way they were able to spread the ground was brilliant to watch the amount of pressure our backline was under was enormous; conversely ours was non-existent, clayton aside
  7. i think he should try the ben brown run-up he gets zero momentum thru the kick with his current approach
  8. he doesn't win enough football to qualify as a mid
  9. need a second tall forward at the g - it's one of plugger, weed, mitch brown, or jvr for melksham for mine expecting harmes to be suspended and would probably pick a mid to come, which i guess means it's dunstan which is...not great
  10. Equation remains the same - three wins in September
  11. Toey as Has the crowd estimate really become 85k?
  12. Bears in all sorts without a ruckman you’d think
  13. that's my favourite bit too
  14. woey ended up getting concussion as a result of the hit; would expect that factored into the suspension still, that's a hefty one
  15. is that sellars maclure?!??
  16. he's best mates with zach tuohy, isn't he? puddy tatts win again (here's hoping they fail, once again, in september)
  17. i dunno, they both miss their fair share of shots on goal!
  18. bedford playing thru the midfield has a little bit of shai bolton about him
  19. nothing in it
  20. woewodin does everything nicely except for finishing
  21. cox's 'knees out' at the contest is, imo, not reportable BUT it should be a free kick every time he does it
  22. i believe they term it 'awareness' these days...
  23. fwiw, orrong park / toorak park was not an option once the surrounding area was rezoned for residential the reason other clubs keep getting more funding is because they already have pre-existing land and infrastructure to develop we are essentially looking for a mythical green field fwiw, not having a so-called 'home base' doesn't seem to damage our on- and off-field success of late
