The clubs now complaining about us getting the money is we got Roos. If we had signed Eade for instance, there would be no negative noise. The fact is PJ got us the best coach not coaching and arguably within the top 3-5 in the AFL. They are getting a little worried that we will get our shite together and pass them sooner rather than later.

Roos needs to do what's best for us, not anyone else. And that is what he is doing. I've not felt this secure in the club for a long long time.

I would not give pick 2 for Martin. Reminds me a lot like Sylvia, will dominate for a quarter or two then go missing. Would rather keep the number 2 pick and not get him.

He will be on a modified pre season you would think. Even after last ears pre season you would thnk he would only do 80% of all pre season.

I've not read his whole thread, but, Bassett could be a good get, I heard a whisper today that Voss was spoken to. Let me say, this guy is ex Fitzroy who had some connections there but little at Brissie, he told me, could be a bunch of number 2's But his info was Voss has been spoken to.

Draft picks are on table, but depends what is on offer. Re spoke about the captaincy, wants to make them both the best they can be, etc etc But I truly think he hasn't really thought about the captaincy and I will play itself out, he said he would be respectful, but the way he talks I think he believes that th leading teams model will ive us the captain.

Today was about structure of the FD and recruiting. Hasn't spoken to Simpson or Burns, but will be calling them. Craig won't be at th club.
