Superbowl revisited! Honestly thought that catch might have been a bit beyond him, will need to see that over and over again. The game needed something out of the bag and that was it.

In 2026, there's nothing more popular and important than being an ex Aussie punter doing a betting commercial for NFL games.

Totally agree on that Zeph. Soldier Field can get very loud and late in the game it did look like it could have been messing with the GB snap counts. Great start to wildcard round!

Josh Allen with Seattle D and the Bears or even your O-Line...

Chicago D was very impressive 2nd half. Packers melted down on those last few series. I don't know why because they were fairly steady for the first half with execution but all of a sudden it was botched snaps, missed field goals, delay of game penalites (possibly the crowd) and fumble city. It's a shame for LaFleur going into the contract talks. I think he's one of the better coaches in the league personally, but it throws some brain candy into the mix now. Grats to the Bears in their win. I'm not super sold on Williams being the stud yet. Way too inaccurate today for a talented passer. Got the W and another comeback through so a very good traits to have.

Does anyone else hate the way Williams throws a 30+ yarder? Its like it comes out of the index finger.

Really uninspiring stuff from Shanahan. The extent of his ideas was a double reverse flea flicker for a 9 yard gain. To be honest I think they would have bossed us even with Williams, they were just ferocious. Would have been better than what we had though. And I would love to see a world where we use both Kittle and Tonges.

No I don't think I am Crank. You still very much need physicality as a key forward. If you didn't then guys like Jefferson wouldn't be on the verge of being cut. In most of those 4 years it was exactly what we needed. The moment we didn't have a competiting forward who brought the ball to ground it fell apart. We'll have a different approach to goal and while we want great ball and forward movement but there will always be a need for the enforcer type.
  19. Great to see the club show faith and commit to him in light of the injury. Hope they go conservative and get him back right.
  20. Thanks Tarax Club. Rhett is doing something amazing work at the moment.

You don't have to like him but I think in times like the ones we're in right now you need an Aidan Johnson on the list. The pack splitter type that can get you through those boghole type games and also protect the Jeffo's and JVRs. Give me an honest toiler that works his butt off over a wasted talent right now.

Make no mistake, we were embarrassed on national television tonight. The Seahawks defense mollywhopped us. Even without Williams and Pearsall I find it hard to believe we couldn't muster more than 3 points. I'll admit that I go hard on Kyle here a lot. This has been his best coaching season and last week he was incredible but I thought his play calling was poor tonight. I don't know why we have to telegraph exactly what we're doing on 4th down when we go for it. No hard count, no misdirection or zone read, juat a straight up shotgun with no backs in the backfield. I know Purdy can make plays with his legs but gee wiz. This game was going to come down to Seahawks offense and Niners defense and that was where it was won. For whatever reason we had no answer for their ground game which wasn't anything crazy but sweeping runs and short screen plays. Our LBs could never come up to make the hit successfully, our D is suspect but runs in the flats and curls are not something we've given up much this year. We should have lost this game by 20, people will talk up Darnold's game and it's was ok but he didnt have to do much and left a lot out there I thought. If you told me we'd hold them to 13 I'd have assumed we won by 20 9 times out of 10. I'm annoyed but at the same time the 1 seed would have flattered us a lot. The wildcard is about where we are and an achievement in itself considering the injuries.

They're excellent. We're really struggling without Trent Williams in this one as they are swarming at the edge. Making us work for every inch.
