Yeah looks like it, the owner is always keen on Mexico. It's definitely going to peeve Kyle off though..

Can we take a moment to reflect on how bad my tipping performance was in the playoffs? Forget getting sacked 5 times in the Superbowl, that was a special kind of debacle.

Awaken Your Demon in 2026
Yeah true. I like it as a one off but should be used sparingly, no ongoing series please.

Welcome to Demonland: Steven King
I loved it when they spoke to him on SEN morning after he was appointed and Tim Watson told him to always answer within three rings when Garry calls.

Why do these people have this need to understand the language? The body language, stage/set and delivery gave most people paying attention a feel for what was going on. The usual suspects, including the man in the white house are more than happy to pay through the nose to see a 3 Tenors concert but no, we need good old fashioned Americana and apple pie baby! Spot on Bing.

Totally agree Balls. He had a nice low trajectory 20 - 30 metre drop punt into the 50 on many occasions. I think Neal-Bullen fell into this category as well despite the knock on his overall use.

Mentioned earlier in the thread but two kicks I'll remember forever. Vs West Coast at Optus in 2018 to Dean Kent who went on to kick the goal to seal the win and break our 12 year final drought. A massive step on our journey to the flag. Duhh, Grand Final against the Dogs from pretty much the same spot to Fritsch and the rest was history.

Why itโs so desperate for us to achieve success this year
We say it every year, who cares what the media thinks. There's always a bit of fun proving them wrong though. I'll be happy if we win a few more games than I expect. I have us at 7-9 wins. 10 would be amazing, any more than that us a stretch. Rome wasn't built in a day, even it feels like it fell apart overnight.

Strange, only 30 and one year left on the contract. Didn't report to pre season, hope he's ok.

That's exactly right Binman he's the hottest artist in America and world. Very much mainstream. I probably should have said "the mainstream that traditional fans expect" or are comfortable with. The Spanish thing doesn't surprise me one bit in California as a lot of them are fluent. Great show and good to see the NFL thumb the nose at MAGA even if indirectly.

If it wasn't a 'MVP for the whole defense' game then it was definitely a special teams MVP game. I wasn't looking forward to the Aussie media running this story into the ground but in this case it was deservedly so, Dickson was incredible with his punting on the night. My favourite had to be that low trajectory kick that found the coffin corner. Can you remember a better punting performance in a Superbowl? Then there is Jason Meyers with 5/5 field goals, a new record in the big game. Special teams matter!

Horrible game but I'll tell you what, some of the defensive performances were phenomenal. Murph and Hall leading the way, Lawrence balled out as usual. I loved the Mills sack where he took care of the centre and then dumped Maye, Aaron Donald would have smiled at that one. You could say that the NE O-line was terrible and you'd be right, but the Seahawks didn't have to do a lot to totally manhandle them at the line of scrimmage. They hardly blitzed and still came through with a 52% pressure rate. That's just a D that is way too good.

I enjoyed it. I understand and respect that it wasn't everyone's cup of tea and I don't have a problem with anyone disliking it, as a matter of fact half the venue I was at yesterday didn't really enjoy it. However musically, performance wise, use of stage and props and just overall energy I thought it was excellent. The Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin surprises were great additions as well. It's good to have something different instead of rolling out the same mainstream suspects, something that opens the mind a bit is hardly a bad thing right now especially in the US.
