I doubt the club would stream live, most "Live" transmissions are on delay for legal reasons. I know it is only a practise game, but if something goes wrong and it hits youtube.. I would expect to watch a replay in 24 hours.

this could work. I do not like the situation where a player needs to come off because of fatigue and cannot because a cap has been reached. It is dangerous. The game will continue to get quicker incremently so i will never like a finite cap per quarter. But dropping from 4-2 may address both sides.

yes i understand that, and you are right. BUT WHY is it that the MFC cannot keep those egos at bay over many decades whilst other clubs can. Egos are at all clubs. Old MFC Egos seem to be the most resentful. WHY?

But how do you factor in a team that starts well but maybe because of injury loses its last 7 games. Should they intrude on a celler dwellers pick? This is why i think you need fixture weightings.

you are right nut...BUT it has been difficult for the MFC for over 40 years. WHY? In 1987 Australian Football began the journey of becoming Professional. That year we made finals and did so for 5 years. We were on level terms with the heavy weights. At what point does this club breakdown? It happened again after 2000, we failed to make finals in 2001. Why did this club not learn and grow from the '96 merger fiasco? Who or what (or both) keep retarding this club? The cancer must be stopped regardless of who or what it might be. Its a good idea rpfc, but it still penalises a side who genuinely does not have and desperately needs forwards. But it certainly promotes competitiveness which is needed, bottom clubs are going to stay at the bottom more and more. $$$ spending on FD will dictate that.
