I think it is a ‘watch this space’ in the trade period with Ben King! Richo could have some influence here... Dees Should dangle 12 & 14 (if we acquire from GWS) and a player(s) in return for King and a 2nd round pick they will receive for Martin or Achee.

Brent Daniels should be a priority target for trade. Zac Langdon another option. Lockhart, Spargo and Chandler need to do a pre-season as a small crumbing forward. I expect Lockhart to win that spot! Funny enough! Brent Harvey would slide straight into a forward pocket and do well! Can’t believe Roos moved him on!

Agree... Both would be really good gets. Tomlinson sounds very possible and Ellis should seriously be considered.

If we acquired Picks 11, 13 and a Daniels/Player. I would be trading 11 & 13 for Ben King along with a pick to acquire Amon (2nd or 3rd rounder). We have the opportunity to fill in a lot of positions this trade/draft period. Key forward, small forward and 2 wingman done...

Sounds like the Dees have a Nugget of a Pick! With GWS acquiring Pick 2/3 it allows them to really cash in on the Pick and getting Green massive unders. Sounds like Green is worthy of Pick 3 (comparison Cripps). Picks 11, 13 & Brent Daniels would be satisfying. Daniels is going to be a gun of a small/half forward. Small forward solved! Haha... That is extreme. Start with Whitfield though!

I would be chasing Brent Daniels or Zac Langdon from the Giants. I think GWS would be more inclined to hears offers for Langdon. Daniels is a keeper! Pick 3 & 20 to GWS for Pick 12, 14 & Daniels? or Pick 39 for Zac Langdon

If the Dees don’t get bumped on Pick 2 with the GC PP. The Dees will take Noah Anderson. If this happens, I expect Brayshaw to be on the move to Freo.

I think Jonesy still can play an important role. His best position is midfield. Not half back or wing! I would be playing Jones off the bench to impact as a contested clearance player. Similar to how Hawthorn played Crawford in his last year. You don’t terminate players who are part of the fabric. He definitely still has plenty to offer. Relinquishing the captaincy can improve his game also... don’t go down the JuniorMac path with club champions!

I say Yes too the Daisy Cutter. I think he is playing great football and still has a lot of dash in the legs! He can play in many positions and has some of our best 22 covered!
