I am quite surprised Tom Langdon is not signed by the Pies. 190cm 83kg. I rate him very highly. He plays a key role down back. However, I believe can push up onto a wing and play similar role to what his brother does at Freo. Playing him up on a wing also allows him to drop back and help out when need. May and Langdon would be great gets!

I think Dom will end up at either Essendon, Carlton or St Kilda. Put a line through the team that deals for Shiel.

The Dees will bring in; - Pick 5, Steven May, Kade K, Ed Langdon, Brandon Preuss, one of Jack Billings or Andrew Gaff (Yep!). Lose - Hogan, Kent, VDB, Tyson (will receive better offers elsewhere) and possibly Frost and Garlett (Freo maybe). We will lose our 2nd and 3rd round picks also... Dees could possibly receive Freos 2019 First Round Pick in Hogan trade... That means Pick 5 could get both May and KK in one hit. Another scenario is GC receive Freos First Round Pick and pass on May and KK to the Dees...

We should be asking the question about Logan Austin. I think he is a very good player and he is only going to get better. He would be a lock at Full Back. The Saints traded him in last season from the Power but still has limited opportunities.

I would like to see May stay at the GC. It would be good for the game and GC. If they give him a long term deal it is pretty obvious he will stay... He has pretty much gone public with that. The ball back is in your court GC! If this was a tennis game, GC is pretty match serving for Match Point with a set in hand. Easy game to close out... if you stand for something GC just serve the Ace and be done with it...

Kent for Austin?

Firstly, I would not trade for May. I would prefer to keep Frost and O Mac. We will have Lever back next season and we should be looking at another key backman that won’t cost the world... If the Dees receive Picks 5 & 6 from Freo for Hogan. Gold Coast will receive say Pick 6 for May. This is definitely way overs in my book. If this was to happen I believe we have to get Pick 18 from GC also... May & Pick 18 = Pick 6 Collingwood who are also interested in May have Pick 17.

Yes the players had a lot do with it! 100% 34 tackles is effortless... And work rate non existent. 5 minutes in you could see the game plan was off... Completely out coached. The most disappointing aspect was you could clearly see we’re playing to some other BS game plan. We threw our Brand out the window! That’s what was disappointing! I was at the game behind the goals on the weekend. In the first quarter when I noticed we were zoning! I thought oh [censored]! We are done... We were off in the coaches box from the gecko! We went completely against our strength in contested one on one football... And the Footy Gods just weren’t with us on the day! Nothing went our way! At quarter time I was celebrating the season and not getting hung up on the game. They had awesome last month of football and great season. Hopefully they go two better next season! ??
