Cornes will love this if it came to fruition…. new material for his volkano.
  2. Well perhaps he can form a solid view via the review on the lack of work done on finding the club a home. Because this after-all, this can impact on the team and its performance. And we know Pert has been in the CEO job now for over 5 years and his portfolio includes this priority.
  3. It needs to be an independent external review or serious issues swept under the rug will re-appear in 2025. Count on it.
  4. He may have played a part, so may have G.Lyon who told Mike Sheahan he was going to give Trac a call…
  5. Appeal. And get a different representative FFS.
  6. With the exodus at Tigerland, early picks will be incoming. And a war chest of salary cap room. Is Tigerland a “Big Club” with big crowds….?
  7. It’s pick 5 in the 2024 draft.
  8. All they have to do - and should do - is Kozzy was eyes for the ball, when he elected to bump when both running in same direction. Unfortunately for Moore he elected to drop to the ground at the same time Kozzy leant in. Dismissed. If he gets suspended for this we are literally getting bent over. 1/ By Christian 2/ By the AFL

Did they pull you aside for HIA no thanks to Teddy?
  10. Can always rely on bananas to provide good sustenance. The boys would have got good quality QLD bananas too. 🍌
  11. I wouldn’t be surprised either.

I used these summaries too, they were so handy so you could set yourself for a medal event where the Aussies were a good chance. It was a great idea and initiative by Sam - many followed it. Horrible news. Live every day to its fullest. So true, you never know if or when your number is up.
  13. I didn’t want to give this a seconds thought, but … I will. If the Tigers trade out Baker, Graham, and say Bolton for arguments sake… with Martin retired and maybe Grimes, they will have a treasure chest and the picks to get the job done.
  14. Wouldn’t it be awesome if Trac and the club were somehow setting up the leaker and Tom for a massive fall and the leaker exposed:
  15. I think the trauma that Trac has gone through with his injuries from that impact is more significant than many - particularly the media (Morris et al) - have overlooked. Goodwin touched on the trauma for not only Trac but his family. Watching him come off at the break on Kings Birthday, not one teammate or official went to him until he crossed the line clutching his ribs in anguish. Trac would have gone through a heap of different emotions about himself, his partner, family, life and footy and his priorities and what’s important. Leaving him to his own devices in Noosa, taking a break there would have been a lot of thinking and pain through rehab. communication is always key in any areas or line of work, if lacking it can cause problems.
  16. Thank-you! I read titans post earlier, very pleasing thank-you for the page lol. Now I’ll need to get over Tom’s big call tonight which had Lethal stunned.
  17. I posted in the trade thread recently, but it seems more appropriate in Kalani’s thread. I saw him in the Vic M v QLD at Avalon airport Oval. Where he played pretty much full back on Vic M’s key forward and was on/off the bench. Kalani moves just like his old man, has a massive leap, he made a number of spoils defensively. A good experience for him being bottom age. His opponent did lose him a few times, but with minimal damage. I would have liked to see him up forward for QLD. I think he can play both ends and with growth he’s an obvious mobile ruck option (Jackson mould) too. I know there’s no comparison but he reminded me a little of Darcy Moore down back. As for the academy players - there were plenty in both the QLD and NSW/ACT teams - the four northern clubs are in good hands which is why the Vic clubs may seem a little ‘up in arms’.
  18. If I were Jack and Max, I’d be doing the same thing at their age. Creating a little extra room. The Cats and Hawks did it. Why not.
  19. Ballarat and MARS stadium are getting a very important footy match next week with huge ramifications for many teams. And for the AFL they have hit the nail on the head in terms of suspense with a SUPER SUNDAY. •Dogs v Giants •Carl v StK •Frem v Port
  20. With an ounce or two with luck, this will take him past 300 games. Obviously wanting another year added in 2028.
  21. 100%. The man is a legend and arguably the greatest ruckman in the game ever. That’s right, EVER. He will don his 7th AA jacket this year. Just wish CP5 - Mr Petracca would like several of the recent mfc (GC game) and Gawny’s post - he’s obviously keeping a wide berth on the socials lately for unknown reasons. Unlike him really for someone who has been continually active on his insta.
  22. Viney Langdon Turner Salem Rivers Howes
  23. Turner 4 goals, Van Rooyen and Petty both 3 goals each. Not a bad return from our key forwards!
  24. Judd McVee - first AFL goal. Well done Juddster!
