There are already some restrictions on types of weapons in the US but they vary considerably from state to state. I agree that it's time, but it would be so hard to change. I think they have had to re-evaluate some of their original evidence derived from their start-stop tape and questionable duress. I really would have loved to see the fink tear through that original evidence in a court. He can still have a go at it, but not the same effect

I've been a big advocate for LJ, and expressed my opinions of him several times. I've wished him all the best and understood the series of factors that has resulted him leaving. Obviously others have found it funny, and just because you don't share their sense of humor doesn't give you a right to call people jerks, call their intelligence in to question and call people trolls. Don't take a single cheap joke as an indication of otherwise and if your so easily offended then honestly the internet isn't the right place for you
