Yes, from what I saw of the different games, esp. the Sunday ones. Massive gap between the skill levels and structures of the top/bottom teams. The newer teams will continue to really struggle til they build up their experiences and cohesion. They have clarified its aimed at uni students and a few other points. (Not being a legal HR person) Illegality is only promising it will become F/T paid work if you work X for free. In this case it is not, totally agree that is not on. If your at uni, this i a great opportunity for those interested in a sporting field of work in the support skills. As pointed out focusing on the Uni market and not a blanket ad was maybe their misstep. I would support my kids to do it, if it matched their ambitions.
