Yes and will be kept to 1400m-1600m races. Top shelf WFA races over 2000m are too much for him.

Will be an interesting watch. I have Magic Mogul running friday race 7.

What?

Onto 1201.

That is his older sibling, Beaten But Optimistic.

That’s why the legal phrase “ justice delayed is justice denied “ was coined. The older an event is, generally the harder it is to get accurate evidence.

It is not the justification, as no one would take a dud in the hope you could swap him. Curtin was suggested to be as good as Reid by some pundits. It’s more an insurance bonus if homesickness leads him to want to return to WA. If he is available at our pick I would think we probably take him and swapping him later with Reid would not enter into the drafting discussion.
-
Why? You get a player this year, who could get you Reid in a couple of years and even if not, is the type of player we need and you have him now. WC could rise a few spots and you don’t know who is where next year and you are a year behind in development of a player. Not for me.

Given that article that WC will keep 1, makes me think they are certain to trade it. IMO, the key is whether WC believe Curtin will be there at our pick 6. The Hawks and North possibly, hold the key. If WC believe they won’t take Curtin, I believe we will get 1, if we are prepared to sell the farm. TBH, I would keep 6 and 11 and take Curtin and whoever we rate at 11.

They are calling it one of the best innings ever in cricket and I missed it. There must be a replay on Fox to watch.
-
And you said it very well.

No other flights?

Maybe a club told him to refuse.

I bow to your superior cricket knowledge. A humbling experience for Redleg admitting he was wrong. I feel a headache coming on.

I think the rule says 3. That’s what the quoted rule in the Sun said.
-
It’s actually 3 minutes. But what’s a minute between friends?
-
Was that to do with the time it took to get out to the middle, after a wicket fell?

For those who think contracts mean you can’t get delisted, James Stewart, Lachie O’Brien and Jake Pasini have all been delisted, with a year to go on their contracts. Yes they will be paid out in full, but are gone from their club. What’s worse in Stewart’s case at the Bombers, is that he lost his father Craig Stewart this year, in very sad circumstances. Bombers showing their true culture and I hope his team mates are furious and that the Bombers bomb again. Wonder if Michael Warner or Robbo will question the Bombers’ culture. Not holding my breath.

Heard it’s good for cleaning dirty surfaces.

Put simply, if you put a dollar to win on every horse, you need a winner at 24 to 1 or better, to make a profit. I know someone who says she has backed the winner every year. She backs every horse in it. Funny!

If there is a low weighted horse that has run the distance before, that is always a good roughie.

Don’t know most of them.

So Jon Ralph knows for certain, according to his article, that we held Petty “against his will” and “ he is desperate to go home to Adelaide”. Well I think if that was true, Petty would have made more of a song and dance of it, causing us to give it greater attention and secondly Adelaide us not his home, though a bit closer to it. IMO, if Petty was truly desperate to go, we would have explored the options. Therefore, in summary, I disagree with the article. We will obviously try and extend Petty’s contract and that will be interesting, to see if it happens.

Always is. It appears the Roos won’t give up 2 & 3 for 1 and may have privately moved on and will use their multiple first round picks to help their rebuild. Hawks haven’t got enough to do the deal. We are an option for WC, but it all depends on Curtin getting to 6. This deal is looking unlikely. I am now wondering if WC blinks and tells the Roos they will take 2 and a few later first rounders, just to try and maximise 1 and help their rebuild, which is well behind the Roos’. I think WC needs more for 1 than one Victorian likely star, but with a highly possible go home factor. I am not convinced that is the maximum for the pick and WC needs the maximum.
