So the deal is Hogan and Kent for 6 and 23. Hopefully we keep 23 after getting May and KK. This could yet end up an extremely embarrassing deal for us. We will see how it all ends up after the May/KK deals.

Heard that GWs are fed up with Bombers and Dodoro. Carlton is pitching next year's first pick and Shiel is happy to play with either club. He could end up with the Blues unless Dodoro blinks.

Given that KK deal has taken this long, I would assume it will be part of May deal.

Yep Tigers signed Dusty for peanuts. About $1.3m peanuts a year for about 6 years.

I am coming around to the Baghdad Bob way of thinking on deals. That basically is if you get what you want, the actual specifics of the deal is not important. For example, if you want a particular player and you don’t get the pick you would like, but still get the player with the pick received, what does it matter? We can get hung up on numbers, when it is really the full deal outcome that is important.
