WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BRAYDON PREUSS
Redleg replied to What's topic in Melbourne Demons
Hope we get him. -
Not to mention our bookend brothers, both picked at 53.
-
You all know we are f....d.
-
And blo-dy Barrett claims he is the news breaker.

Jumbo Returns, I hope you are reading this, but as a critic of Nibbler I think I owe him an apology. Though I am still annoyed at his fumbles and turnovers, he has made a good contribution this year. While his goal kicking accuracy is not great, he has still managed 26 goals to be 4th for us. He does tackle well and as has been pointed out by some, he is a leader of our pressure acts and running on game day. If he could improve his accuracy in front of goals and his disposal, he could be a very good player for us and Nibbler, you have my apology.

No change unless there is an injury. Stratton is a huge out for the Hawks.
-
Great game by Jack after so many weeks off.

Well maybe GWS think Lobbe and Simpson are better and Cats think Abbott, Stanley and Smith are better. Maybe he likes red and blue colours. -

What about if we are thinking of not playing Max in certain games to rest his body. For example he could miss Perth, NT and Qld games. Would help him to play longer and be fresher in the other games. Also we would get rid of rucks we think are not up to it, like King and Filipovic, if that is the case. He is a big brute of a boy. -
Not saying you said it Moonie, it was in answer to those who did.
-
Those that said Weid was hopeless might be reconsidering. Hogan will be a star and hopefully in red and blue. Coping with Tom, Jesse and Weid will be hard for the opposition. We need to cherrypick the players that can improve us, not push away the ones that we can build a strong team on, for years to come. For example, we have a need for a second ruck and we are chasing Preuss to fill that gap. That will allow us to move on rucks like King and Filipovic, who may not be what we need.

He hasn't played a game all year. His value won't be too high. -

Wouldn't it be great if Goody's team saved his record?
-
However, the Dockers also remain linked to injured Melbourne spearhead Jesse Hogan, 23, and are continuing to target WA players from rival clubs. "He (Hogan) would obviously fit that age bracket and that talent strategy to do it … it's not obviously easy, I'm sure Melbourne would have something to say about it and he would be contracted to Melbourne next year anyway," Bond said. Apology accepted.

Match Preview and Team Selection - Elimination Final
Redleg replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
First elimination final: Melbourne v Geelong Field umpires: Ray Chamberlain, Robert Findlay, Jacob Mollison As I said last sunday when I posted 73. Add up their numbers. -
Who would be your preferred umpires on Friday?

One can only hope. But we are f.....d.
-
Should only be on way to game, as they should finish an hour before us.
