  1. His wife left him and took the kids. You want to attack him.

The Arc. Wow, how embarrassing for the AFL. Vlastuin clearly missed the ball, you could see daylight between his fist and the ball. Arc too scared to overrule. Whately will go nuts.
  3. Is Brown a free agent?
  4. I believe Martin will be on $250K next year after $1.7m this year. He will stay on a low amount for the rest of his contract. Was by far the worst performance of a $1.7m player this year, in the history of the game.

They are desperate for a big bodied ruckman.

Please NO! The Retirement Home is full and the Super Fund is out of money. We need players who want to make their careers with us, not simply extend them.
  7. Correct. The reasons he was traded by us, are the same reasons another trade by Freo is a possibility.
  8. Agree. He goes to make us better, or he stays. He is not someone we have to get rid of. Other clubs have a need, let them pay for it. If he goes I would rookie an experienced ruck as backup for a season or 2, while LJ and Bradtke develop. Otherwise we could be left vulnerable.

Joeboy. He does the 3 word player summaries on DL, you know him.

You seriously have to wonder where the cap room is coming from, even with Simpson and Kreuz retiring. I think they must be about to dump a couple of players to make room. Jack SOS looks gone. Casboult might be another.

Haven’t lost on that one todate.

    And Darling.
  13. So if you were a professional club you would address that area over the off season, in changing personnel and in the pre season, by practising leading and delivery while pressured, with the mids and forwards. Do we do both?
  14. Well he could have cost the Saints the game, when he jibbed a mark that would have made it safe for them. Watch the last 2 minutes and he turns away and misses the ball to avoid contact in a marking contest. Guarantee Ratten will not like what he saw.

If true, I wonder if we could get our 1st round pick back, by giving something and helping out with more of his contract than we would like to.
  16. Great!

Ratugolea was dropped again for the final. I would chase him hard. He could help out in the ruck too if we clear Preuss.

    OMG!
  19. The Port Fitness crew have taken them to the top of the ladder, so don’t think FD would move on them. The Crows are desperate.
  20. I would imagine he signed with us for a few years at least.
  21. I don’t think it is unacceptable PR wise, as it is just treating a matter on its merits. After all the umpires are having decisions reviewed every match. Isn’t the aim of proper governance to get thIngs right?
  22. You are making a good point. An employer can't generally stop an employee leaving the particular employment and certainly can't hold a person in premises against their will, as if not lawful detention, it is kidnapping, assault and whatever. If Bennell retired and walked out, never to return and in fact didn't, how has he breached the AFL rule on spreading Covid? How has the club breached the rule, when it can't lawfully stop him leaving? The Club should fight this as to their fine. Do I have any confidence they will, no I don't.

Are you talking about Burchill? Think their success is more to do with Fagan and the other players than Burchill or Hodge.
  24. Pity, as we play at Cazaly in Cairns, Alice Springs, the Gabba, Metricon, Adelaide Oval, SCG, GWS, Perth, Launceston, Hobart and New Guinea, everywhere except the MCG and Docklands.

No! Will be 32 this year. We are not the MFC Retirement Home or Super Fund.
