Unfortunately no one else did anything to retaliate. It is the only time I have been disappointed with the Ox. If not for 3 knee recos, we would be talking about him as Carey number 2. I met Long a couple of years ago and told him he was a great player, except for that incident. He said he could have killed him and was happy he was ok.

I would prefer a fit Hunt to Hibbo. His run and carry off the hbf could be of great benefit in a GF. He is also a long kick and can snag a goal if moved forward. Hibbo can fumble badly and those left foot sliding kicks often go to the opposition. Hibbo is probably a better lockdown defender but I would rather Hunt if he is fit. He was very good for us before the injury. He just offers more than Hibbo.

Here is my conspiracy theory. If Cerra had told Carlton that he was nominating them, then at the exit interview for Petrevski-Seton, Carlton would have told him to keep quiet if he wanted to go home and they would try and do a deal to get him to the Dockers. Of course all conspiracy theories have a get out option and that is in this case, that maybe the Dockers don't want P-S, or he doesn't want to play with them and then pick 6 and whatever they get for P-S from the Eagles would easily do the deal.

I think we have 2 caged bulls in our team who will be released from their cages for this game. Viney and May. I see little worry for either of them in a fear of suspension, if it means winning. Not saying they will king hit anyone, but rather they will play for keeps. Every bump and tackle will be meaningful.
