  1. If they got the bloke they wanted, his salary would cause them to let go of players and Lobb has stated his partner wants to get back to the East Coast. Freo might not want Lobb to go, but if they get their man and hopefully not, they will need to make cap space.
  2. Well there you go, I thought he was playing rock, paper, scissors with Max.
  3. BTW have a look at the last posts on the Jacko thread.
  4. Lucy, we are getting confused here about Lobb and Jacko. My original post was about Freo wanting Lobb to stay, who is contracted btw for next year, in connection to not getting Jacko. Whatwhatsaywhat was commenting on Lobb's good year this year and that the word is he's gone, even though he is contracted.

    Or two.

Greg sadly passed away not long ago.
  7. The fact that Freo are now wanting Lobb to stay, might be due to someone not coming to them.
  8. Wouldn’t be dropping Toby for an Alice Springs game.

Tracc just said on 360 he wasn’t aware that ducking was prior opportunity and could be pinged for holding the ball. Don’t Coaches update players on new rules?

Last Injury report was 7-9 weeks, as of last saturday.
  11. He is the one, but what chance?

RIP Noel, a hard man on the field, who gave his all for the Dees and was a true Dees Great. Condolences to family and friends.

And hopefully playing a home final.

I also enjoy winning. Are you saying that a player making space on the opposite wing or corridor, should be ignored on the kick out, in order to go the usual kick to the left and to a pack? I would love to know the stat of how often we have control of the ball, 70-80 metres out, on our kick outs. I personally think it is madness to not try and create quick ball movement, when it is available. It gives a better chance of scoring, with less defenders able to flood back. I think the current kick it to the pack on the left no matter what, is hurting us badly.

Not helpful that Tigers play Dockers at G in 2 weeks and have lost both rucks and Lynch. We need a top 2 finish to guarantee home final, unless all Vic teams in top 4. Of course we still need to make the top 4.
  16. What about Gus into the middle and Rivers/Hunt to cover the back flank. Then throw Toby and Lizzie into the middle for a change up, to add pace from the stoppage. TIO stadium games often have players using space to run and bounce. I think pace is important at this ground. Not saying Dunstan doesn’t come in, only that he turns it over too often.
  17. Unfortunately true. That is why Saints wouldn't play him, according to my Saints' mate.
  18. That won't happen with the current one style kick out to a pack.
  19. Interesting they manage the coach and assistant coach.
  20. Are you referring to me?
  21. You want Fritsch dropped because he didn’t handball to Petracca in an earlier game and didn’t pass to Langdon this week, who he may not have seen. Well we disagree on that. We agree on JVR, who I think would not be out of place in the AFL, but maybe not this week in the Alice.
  22. Drop our best marking forward and goal kicker because he missed a pass. Wow that would send a great message to his team mates and also rob us of one of our few forward weapons.
  23. People thinking Fritsch will be dropped this week are deluded.

Joke meter turned off R & B? I was joking.

But if May kicks out to the left and it returns quickly, he is back there ready to do it again.
