Is anyone else still waiting on their membership kit? I signed up early November and have not heard a peep from the club! I`m not complaining, but just want to know if there are others in the same boat?

Whilst I have been as annoyed as anyone with our injury run over the last 3 years, let`s put this list into perspective and how it would effect our team structure for Round 1 considering their 2009 form- Bate - Would be a huge loss if not available by Round 1 but he has 8 weeks to be ready. Blease - Never played Garland - Absolute key player however missed practically the whole season but is well on the road back Johnson - No impact at all in 2009 Meeson - 3 games of footy in 09 and is now a rookie Wonna - Missed the whole season of 09 If this is our complete injury list we are in pretty good shape for Round 1. The only real concern is our lack of ruck stocks, all other players have ready made replacements bar Bate!

Cheers Rojik and WYL. Yep, he will start going to the footy this year and he will get used to winning very quickly! Hopefully our ``window`` is still open in 10 years time and he can actually remember a flag or 2!!

Next fortnight will decide our fate! Any idea when Van Persie is due back? Get him fit, keep Cesc on the park and we are a massive chance this year! Agree if we lose Cesc, we`ll struggle. Many of our wins would have been draws, even losses without this bloke this year. How he is not a walk up start in the Spanish side is beyond me!

Happy New Year everyone. Hope the heads aren`t spinning too badly Gotta love January, suddenly the footy season doesn`t seem so far away. NAB Cup starts in 6 weeks! (a little longer for our boys). Can`t wait!

How good would it be if the Dees had a player who could sit on the bench for 3 quarters, come on for 20 minutes, kick 5 goals, win the game singlehandedly, then go back and sit on the pine for the last 5 minutes to rest up for next week!

I saw a bloke in a Freo guernsey that copped a bit which was excellent. It is pretty cool to see so much footy gear on though. Saw quite a few Dees caps. Boy, how lucky was Watto today! Shoulda been gone on 99! Meanwhile, the Poms are serving it up to SA in Durban. 4 wickets in hand with a lead of 170!

Yeah, I love my cricket but I was bored for large chunks of the match. I think I picked my days wrong because today seemed far more enjoyable with the Paki`s seemingly more interested and plenty of wickets falling. I think if I had headphones on y`day listening to Kerry Okeefe it would have been far more enjoyable! I can understand why people would prefer to watch it live on TV!

I was at the G today, and spent large moments in time envisioning the D`s running around the park playing footy, such was my boredom at watching what the Paki`s dished up today. Their fielding is easily the worst I have seen in a long long time, bordering on careless. Then to watch over 2 hours of cricket on a perfect batting pitch at a run rate of about 1.5 until their skipper had a crack, was as boring as it gets. Thankfully, I was close enough to Bay 13 to be entertained by the Yobbo`s, and the streaker`s effort to run straight across the pitch, evade about 10 security guards and almost make it to the members was the highlight of the day!

Jared Rivers. 1st pre season in 3 years I believe and he is feeln fit as he ever has. Can you imagine how good our backline will look if this bloke can find some of his Rising Star form. He has been almost irrelevant for 3 years and the thought of him firing again has me salivating.

Bad Call! Been tried before and failed. The only way to re-invent himself is bring back the aggression he showed in his 1st 2 years as a half forward. He was a feared player and he knew it. It was great to watch. Sadly, after a few suspensions he was told to pull his head in and curb that aggression. Unleash him. I`d love to see it again. To be perfectly honest if he gets suspended again, we can more than cover him now.

Yeah, great stuff everyone. I didn`t realise they were after both Gawn and Fitz. They would have taken Tapscott and fully expected to miss out on both or at least 1 of those 2. To think they got both is sensational drafting! Sounds like we could not have asked for a better result than this as far as the FD are concerned.

I signed up today after being called up last Friday. I asked them to call me back after 7pm Monday as I did not have my CCard at the time, and they did so tonight. The club have outsourced a company that were calling all Premium members. Was great service and quick and easy. Took the direct debit option to pay monthly. Locked in, and feel good to be on board yet again!

Gotta agree. I am really lookn forward to it. Once it and the PSD pass, with a shithouse summer of cricket ahead of us, Round 1 seems an awful long way away! Enjoy the talk while we got it!
