Losing Jack Viney
Hard to disagree with any of this.

Losing Jack Viney
If Viney played on Saturday night we win the game comfortably in my opinion. I'm still filthy that either he or the club (or both) have mismanaged his injury once again . I doubt we'll ever know the truth but the mind boggles that we are in the same scenario from 12 months ago yet again from him playing sore with the same injury.

Darwin game dumped
Not so sure we can blame Darwin for these injuries. Viney said this week he was sore prior to The Dockers game and IIRC didn't someone in DL say Stretch was advised to 'run the soreness out " in that same game? Injuries happen and yeah we are likely to get more, we've had a pretty good run until the past week or so . I'd like to think we have the cattle to cover these injuries but we are not quite there yet, so the calibre of these players are hard to replace. I'm all for getting rid of this fixture though, at the very least we MUST have a bye afterwards.
- Last chance for Kennedy-Harris?

Darwin game dumped
Happy to play there, just give us the bye the following week . I'm very nervous about how we recover for The Dogs match. Their pace could destroy us when we tire, and we will.

Trengove to Debut for Port
Met him on a holiday last year when they were chasing JWatts before they picked him up. Very approachable, likeable bloke.

Trengove to Debut for Port
Rapt for the bloke. Good Luck Trenners lets hope he plays some finals this year.

Run home to Finals - 2018
Yeah I tend to agree, I`m actually more confident of playing finals after this loss than before the game! I think 5 more wins will be enough and I`d expect our % this year to be around the 115 - 125%, so I reckon we will be playing finals.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - HARRISON PETTY
Yeah I`m not sure everyone has read the article, he`s no certainty to be picked but good luck young fella IF you get the call up.

The Incredible Hulk - Jesse Hogan
After watching the game live I thought Gus was clear BOG but having watched the replay, Hogans game was enormous. The ground he covers is remarkable, almost Riewoldt like already and he must be an absolute nightmare to match up against for the opposition. He`s in rare form and will only improve.

Angus Brayshaw
Hardest at it when the game was on the line in the first half, sensational effort. Upside on this lad is enormous !

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Well put. And to all those bemoaning giving up first round draft picks, I give you the following - Strauss, Blease, Cook, Toumpas, Tapscott, Gysberts, Petterd, Morton, I could go on but I`m sure you can see my point by now.

THE BOMBERS' DOPING SAGA - THE FAT LADY SINGS
Correct me if I`m wrong but didnt the drive-by take place just before a sporting event/speaking gig type deal that he was to spill some beans but later pulled out of?

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
True! Could always be a 3way trade! Reckon the Dogs maybe Saints could do with a young key tall forward

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
I wonder if The Weid has come up as a possible trade with a pick in exchange for Lever? The emergence of TMac as a forward, along with Hoges and Watts, means he is almost surplus to requirements, and yes I know we signed him up earlier this year, but we know a contract is just a but if paperwork these days. I'd hate Frost to be on the table, his upside is enormous in my opinion. Lever would be a great get!

RIP Chris Cornell. Another legend gone too soon. Very sad.

The Petracca v McCartin debate reprised
One thing that stands out for me aside from the sublime skills and brute strength this bloke has, is how unselfish he is. Quite often someone as silky skilled is likely to be pretty selfish at times. Not Trac, he is always getting others involved in the game. Currently equal 2nd for goal assists in the league. Impressive!

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MICHAEL HIBBERD
I'm calm when he has the ball in his hands, haven't been able to say that about too many Dees backmen for a long time bar Salem and now Lewis when he is down back.

In Jason Taylor we trust!
