Deep Dive into Dees Issues
Watts was a great kick. He almost never helped us win. We need players who have both attributes.

Deep Dive into Dees Issues
Dude, seriously... dont try that rubbish on me. I gave a compliment to another poster, whilst also challenging the stereotype that only blokes know footy. Your follow up was totally unwarranted. Own it.

Deep Dive into Dees Issues
Which is why i said "Anyone who thinks women dont "get" footy should be referred to your posts." I shouldnt have to explain myself surely....... Seems others got exactly what i meant AF.

Deep Dive into Dees Issues
Anyone who thinks women dont "get" footy should be referred to your posts. You are close to my favorite poster because you understand not just the big picture, but also get the finer details and dont sugar coat our standing in the football world. Keep it up please.

Deep Dive into Dees Issues
We have too many Coaches who cant (Coach) AND Too many Footballers who cant Football. (A few who can handball though) Now, which Adelaide kid wins the Rising Star nod this week?

INSIDE DEES’ REVIEW WITH ‘P****D OFF’ GOODWIN
Guys, come on. This season is bad enough already without posters pretending to want to fight each other over a difference of opinion. Just put each other on ignore.

The Rest of the Season
OK Brayshaw in the guts for the majority of the remaining games. See if its just a slump, or his Brownlow high was an aberration just like our team. Decide = Trade/keep More games for Sparrow, and Jordon. Need to see if they are good enough to survive the cut. Continue rotations with Harley... pointless now burning him out for no real gain. There are probably more but after yesterday my GAF is broken.

The Rest of the Season
Win as many games as we can. Anything else will be a bonus in this festering ****pile of a season.

I am expecting a loss, mainly because if i expect it and we win ,that will be a nice surprise, but if we lose i can say "I told you so" Amiright?

COVID Breaches by Clubs Could Derail Season
Now that i know we are not one of the teams involved i say THROW THE BOOK AT THEM !!

Fixture 2020 (COVID Edition)
We play North 4 days after our other game in SA so we can just stay in a hotel and not travel. It thats what comes to pass, i think its a win for us TBH. Big problem with jumping up and down is that the media is in such a hurry to get an "exclusive" they often report incorrect information. I say we wait to see if flying on the morning of the game actually happens.

New Deal Looms for Fritsch
Arent they supposed to play better when a contract is up for renewal? His manager must have neglected to tell him. (He will be back in hot form soon enough)

41 years ago today
We didnt see it coming. Plenty of learnings from it though. We had a chance to bounce back the following week and took it.

Its Only A Matter Of Time
And if we did, you can bet it would be 50 against us every time for arguing. Instead, i would just like to see us kick and mark like a top 4 team Hell, i would be happy to see us kick and mark like a top 10 team.

- What they're saying down at Stanley Street
They have reason to be confident. Other than Max, they match us (at a minimum) in practically every position on the ground. I have tipped us to win the last 2 rounds, but Brissy, imo, will probably have a narrow win tomorrow. My opinion of MFC being a flakey, mediocre team will change if we do beat the Lions tomorrow. This is a seriously good test for us.- An Encouraging Statistic
Couldnt agree more.- An Encouraging Statistic
With respect, No .... No its not. It is a huge problem for us, and has been for a long time. Even Goodwin could have fixed it by now if it was only a relatively minor problem. The last 2 games have given the impression that we might have overcome the issue, but G.C. was hardly a walkover. We struggled to stay in front all day, and only drew away VERY late in the game. On the other hand, the Hawks game was some of the best footy i have seen us play in many years. Yes, if you look at the stats (And thanks for posting them) we have one part of the problem seemingly in hand. You wont score much if you dont go I-50 often, and that is something MFC do extremely well. We just have to figure out what to do when the ball crosses over that curved line. I hope you are right ofc, we all want to see the Dees start converting our chances as well as the best because when we do MFC are the real deal. I remain far from convinced though and will only change my mind when we can regularly beat good teams and not just fellow stragglers.- POSTGAME: Rd 07 vs Hawthorn
That was 4 quarters of absolutely magnificent footy. *Insert OTT hyperbole here* Our kids played really, really well, and geez hasn’t Trac arrived. Weed was a genuine target on the lead as well. I loved his whole game. Great signs. So many good players today. 1 Vote for everyone. (North might just be starting to fell a tiny bit nervous too haha) IM AM SO PUMPED I FEEL LIKE THE MICHELIN MAN. GO DEES!!!!
