Last week Richo came to banner-making and invited questions. On the question of Tmac he said similar to what you said (above) except he didn’t say “Goody,” he said “the club” and added that these decisions based on our future are discussed at length with the individual players. And my good buddy is spot on.

He was suffering a loss of confidence which was snowballing with every poor performance. His performance on Sunday is what we can expect to see again.

I said something similar recently and it wasn’t received well at all (by the sadsacks, that is). Not only do our young players say the same thing but (arguably more importantly) so do their parents. For mine this is the most important endorsement, especially with the interstate boys’ parents.
