Where the term originated from (media or club) is debatable but it’s not the point I’m making, because regardless of who coined it, Tracc hates it and always did. I can only go by what he’s told me. As I’ve said before, in the absence of a polygraph machine, his word will have to suffice, for mine anyways. He hasn’t publicly come out and declared his love for and loyalty to the club á la Claz but he has in private to me, albeit eight months ago, and yes, I realise his feelings may have changed since then. FWIW, it was extremely heartfelt and he was quite emotional, especially when talking about his teammates.

I’ll say this every single time I read this type of comment… Tracc HATES the term ‘Brand Petracca.’ This term came from the media (iirc Damien Barrett) and at no point was it encouraged or embraced by Tracc or Bella or his family, ever. In fact, the term Brand Petracca makes Tracc sick. And angry. But what makes him angrier is when the term is attributed to him or someone in his camp.

Please don’t call him the Brand. That was coined by the media and Tracc hates it. Regardless of what you think of Tracc, he deserves the respect of Demons fans to stop perpetuating that horrid term.

Speaking of epic fails, we were expecting one pregame yesterday. Raising the banner at Casey is oftentimes fraught with danger but especially so when even the regulars were remarking about how extremely windy it was. But we managed to get it up without any casualties 😁 This is the worst that happened… Could’ve been worse though, North a couple of weeks ago… 😬
