Why so many home games against low drawing non-Victorian sides?

The only overseas destinations that have ready made grounds to suit our dimensions are Commonwealth countries, where cricket is played. It doesn't matter the size of the cricket ground - the oval shape is always there. After all, our game began on a cricket ground.

I think its just easier to listen to the broadcast rather than watch the heavily pix'd vision. Although now the sound comes & goes. I'll get about 20 seconds of audio, then it breaks for about 2 seconds.

As much as I hate to see them win, seeing Milne disappointed & failing again in a big game pleased me. He should have been dropped as was Leon Davis & the Saints may have had a chance.

If their supporters turned on him, it's more the fact that he had a lot to do Aker being sacked. IMHO, Aker may have helped them through the finals series however; they ended up finishing in the same spot they have for the last 3 years. If what happened behind the scenes at the bulldogs b/w Aker & Johnson was correct, where Johnson was the instigator, then the vitriol he received may be justified.

My eyes well up just when I watch a few snipets on 9. This will be a very difficult 1 hour on Sunday night.
