Good on you DD, i agree with Charlie, he did what we needed him to do, kick goals and be on the move. Pickett was good as well or better at least because he was on teh move and did the basics.

Have to say i was super critical of Lever and i stand by it, but he had a terrific last qtr. Good on him.

They are having a go, i agree. and its a good response, but leaders continually make mad decisions it doesnt help. the 4 in our leadership team have been awful.

And who in the media will call out Mumford? physical stuff is fine.. swinging round arms isnt..

Also the Ch7 commentary team has been beyond disgraceful

Lever and Melksham are in our leadership team.. they are both sub standard, overated footballers who continue to turn it over or have minimal impact. cant stand them.

We dont chase anyone, we dont tackle, we dont sheppard.. we dont even smother..

Has to go, his 2018 was like the clubs 2018.. an aberration, has hardly fired a shot since. I like Tom, i like all the players, but he is not the future, if someone offered a second rounder, the club would be derelict to not take it... he is lame and it may not get better, he isnt 21..

Get him and Issac Smith. Perfect players for what we need. Smith has 2 good years in him, outside, good skills, breaks lines. Like its so obvious that it wont happen because the club will go and get another inside bull.

Maybe he is, he has better skills, but Talent is only good if you use it.. attitude is really important IMO.

If he leaves its on the coaches and its another in a long line of players leaving that are disgruntled with the lack of success and professionalism at the club. Its really disappointing that we have such good players and they cant get it to work. i love Jack Viney. I love his competitiveness, his determination his toughness.. the club needs more of it not less. People are obsessed with Angus Brayshaw, he has teh entire footy world bluffed, hasnt strung 2 decent games together since 2018, he is lazy, one way, disinterested and a smart alec. i know which one i would want to go.

If he was not captain, you would listen to offers, but its a no for me.

Further to that, Goodwin has played Melksham all year and he has been less that average.. 15 goals is a surprise so its hard to argue on just numbers but he is playing part time football. We need him full time. I cant believe Hannan isnt given the time Melksham is. Hannan is quicker, better mark, more flexible and can kick goals. I actually think they have a winger right there is Hannan and they have not tried him. The frustration levels are increasing everyday with this club the more i think about their failures and why the poor supporters continue to be the brunt of the jokes of the AFL while the players and teh FD and teh club seem to be covered in oil, because nothing sticks to them. You can hold them to account all you like but until there are changes, whats teh point. Nothing has changed in 2 years since we lost a prelim and the club thought they would waltz into finals the next year, they thought they could coast through a pre season, they didnt think injury management and a timeline was important, they confirmed to me that they are the most unproffesional sporting organisation in Australia. Convince me that they are not? ill wait. there is a list a mile long of poor decisions and mismanagement and mistakes. They simply cannot get their act together and until they do, this is our lot. I care about them, i love them, but right now, i hate them.

I agree, i think Weid could be a good player and in fact has had a really good year, 19 goals from 10 games.. if you double it its nearly a 40 goal season. SO he has had a good year. He will benefit from another really good fwd, because at the moment he is trying to be teh stay at home fwd and teh lead up CHF.. he has to be one or the other. We are desperate for a key fwd, is it Jackson? who knows, he really showed something but is it enough to bank on him. We need 3 players that can kick 30 plus for the year, one of those to be 45+. Right now we have Weid 19/ Fritsch 18 and Melksham 15 small / crumbers: Pickett - 6 / Spargo 6 - its not enough On ball: Trac 13 / Brayshaw 5 / Viney 5 / Oliver 3 - its not enough.

If you review that game and i assume (hard to say sometimes) they will it will be litany of errors and poor set up, fumbles, arguing, lack of leadership, devoid of structure and the stark reality that they again picked the wrong side, didnt adapt when they saw the weather and remove Pruess and one way running until the first 15 minutes of the last quarter. A lack of creativity from teh coaches box, why move May in teh last qtr, why not at half time, Taberner wasnt going to dominate in teh wet, Hibbo could have played on him. Langdon played on the wrong wing, absolute u/12 mistakes, Fritsch our only goal kicker all year starts as aloose man in defence and Melksham tagging Fyfe.. we have a good tagger in Harmes, who all year has looked lost because he does not know his role then he gets injured and they decide to tag Fyfe with a bloke who cant run, its like he has hobbles on.. its mind boggling... It was utterly diabolical. I can take the Sydney loss, i think they looked really stuft, and thats going to happen, but last night they ran out with a white flag and continue to raise it all match.

Yep, preaching t the converted, the FD has a lot to answer for.

Goodwin copping it a lot on here and as he should, but players cannot be let off teh hook. We need a list re invigoration, not a great time to refresh a list but we need to be pro active. Brayshaw, Tom Mcdonald, they are not winning us finals, but they will net a return. Do it.

Again well said on teh Couch. Goodwin says in his presser they need to be a ruthless and unconditional club.. as Lyon says.. why they saying that after nearly 2 years since we played finals.
