I think you would lose him anyway if you try to turn him into a lock down defender lol . Midfielders want to midfield. I prefer Spargo, Chandler and ANB in the rigid forward roles to allow Kozzie to be more expansive in the midfield/fwd spark role. Kozzie is just better and more impactful. Also, Rivers looks like graduating from HBF University and becoming a solid mid who is quicker and is a better kick than Jordon… These things happen to good teams…
Short memory maybe. Ben Brown has his issues atm with his body but to label him with the same brush as Josh Schache (no offence to Josh) is just lazy and unfair. BB has shown himself to be a great player and I hope he can return to something near his best because, to be perfectly honest, he is our best hope come September 2023.
Yes, it is counter intuitive because it is against intuition. Yes. Although the word ‘woke’ has now so many meanings - it is the word of the lazy in this country and the malevolent in the US. I would suggest people using actual words with actual meaning but whatever - I am not here to tell people not to use a word, only that they are damned in eternal hellfire if they do use it…
