  1. The other inactive is Aimee Mackin while she's still recovering from her ACL. It's why we have Denby Taylor.
  2. Naw, a long time ago!!!
  3. Just been announced Georgia Campbell has extended her contract until end 2027. I have a feeling they're in the process of extending contracts, so maybe we need to hold off for a bit!!!! 😂
  4. This will need to be updated to reflect the contract extensions of Purcell and Pisano, the inactive status of Hose, and the addition of Ebert :)
  5. You're not into kidnapping?
  6. Really? I've lost my trust of all sports journos now.
  7. So when was another time Maynard flew into a Melbourne player who's number started with 10?
  8. I'm not suggesting more thuggery, Cranky. I'm agreeing with you on that. But we shouldn't sit back and let them use that incident as inspiration to encourage more thuggery towards our players, either. It's crappy behaviour that deserves to be called out.
  9. No one has posted the photo of it, so how do you know?
  10. Same can be said for Collingwood who are using the hit as inspiration for their filth.
  11. Is anyone free to do a stadium tour today and can get a photo? The Filth play Hawks tonight, the room will be set up for them today.
  12. TBH no, you're not. I'm finding that pretty gross, and frankly hypocritical.
  13. Maybe Collingwood should have a photo of Maynard pushing Murphy into McCarthy in the Grand Final up on the wall. That's two careers in the one finals series that pr**k destroyed. He must be so proud. Or the video of Peter Maynard at Casey's Best and Fairest that year telling a room full of people where he said "I love my son, but he did the wrong thing." Even his own father doesn't sanction that pr**k's actions.
  14. Exactly. The tribunal would have known what he was saying in the tribunal was nothing but lies, but they let it go unchallenged. Much of what he claimed could easily have been refuted by the vision.
  15. This I strongly disagree with. He was in the air before Gus kicked the ball. Then he proceeded to lie in the tribunal hearing. He meant what he did, and it was absolutely a filth act.
  16. The epitome of filth.
  17. Peter didnt play enough games to qualify. We did get his other son, though. Even though Corey looks like Brayden, he's not a d***head.
  18. I know, I feel for her. On the plus, though, the club are happy enough with her to offer her a contract extension which she's about to sign. I wish her a speedy recovery, though, poor thing.
  19. Yes, from what I've found out, Daniel and his brother Ricky are the sons of Jeff Ebert, who is the brother of Russell and Craig Ebert who both played for Port Adelaide, and Russell for North Melbourne
  20. Daughter of SANFL player Daniel Ebert from North Adelaide.
  21. Noah was not selected last night. Which really is a bit of a relief.
  22. Laela has been brought in for Jacinta Hose, who has been placed on the inactive list for 2025 due to a serious back injury. This is after she recovered from an ACL. Laela is 19 years old, from North Adelaide SANFLW team. She recently won BOG medal for SANFLW state team against WAFLW. She is a defender/midfielder who has worked hard on her craft since missing out on the draft last year.
  23. To be fair I often forget about my car, sometimes I have to check I didn't lose it behind the couch.
  24. Only time I ever felt unsafe at a suburban ground was about 1991 at Victoria Park. Melbourne got in front in time on in the last quarter, that and the fact Allen Jakovic was riling up the local ferals, to the point it became a frenzy, and we in the cheersquad did not feel safe. At the final siren they turned on us. Bottles! They were throwing bottles! Sophie, who's now one of the Demon Army leaders, was a 16 year old kid then, and she was knocked unconscious by a bottle thrown at her head. Really nasty stuff. We needed police escort to get us out of the ground safely. I vowed I would never, ever, go back to that ground again. It was, unbenounced to us at the time, the last time Melbourne ever played there, until AFLW started. Only other time I saw appalling behaviour at a suburban ground was at Windy Hill in 1992, when Steven Clark was lining up for a goal after the siren that would have won the game for us. Alas as soon as the siren went he was surrounded by hundreds of Bombers fans who got in the way of his kick and he couldn't make the distance. I wasn't so much scared that day, but bemused.
