  1. Daughter of SANFL player Daniel Ebert from North Adelaide.
  2. Noah was not selected last night. Which really is a bit of a relief.
  3. Laela has been brought in for Jacinta Hose, who has been placed on the inactive list for 2025 due to a serious back injury. This is after she recovered from an ACL. Laela is 19 years old, from North Adelaide SANFLW team. She recently won BOG medal for SANFLW state team against WAFLW. She is a defender/midfielder who has worked hard on her craft since missing out on the draft last year.
  4. To be fair I often forget about my car, sometimes I have to check I didn't lose it behind the couch.
  5. Only time I ever felt unsafe at a suburban ground was about 1991 at Victoria Park. Melbourne got in front in time on in the last quarter, that and the fact Allen Jakovic was riling up the local ferals, to the point it became a frenzy, and we in the cheersquad did not feel safe. At the final siren they turned on us. Bottles! They were throwing bottles! Sophie, who's now one of the Demon Army leaders, was a 16 year old kid then, and she was knocked unconscious by a bottle thrown at her head. Really nasty stuff. We needed police escort to get us out of the ground safely. I vowed I would never, ever, go back to that ground again. It was, unbenounced to us at the time, the last time Melbourne ever played there, until AFLW started. Only other time I saw appalling behaviour at a suburban ground was at Windy Hill in 1992, when Steven Clark was lining up for a goal after the siren that would have won the game for us. Alas as soon as the siren went he was surrounded by hundreds of Bombers fans who got in the way of his kick and he couldn't make the distance. I wasn't so much scared that day, but bemused.
  6. Way to make me think of those Youtube videos of kittens with facial deformities....
  7. Vonnie is so lovely :)
  8. See, this is the thing, we've been Narrm for 8 games, with a 4/8 win ratio. The rubbish we don't win under Narrm is just that, rubbish. But by far this year has been the most satisfying of those :)
  9. Sad thing is, last night's time slot suited me. I cannot make it during the normal time, as I'm in a meeting at work til 5pm, and it's too hard to get from Dandenong to Kensington in a reasonable timeframe. Mind you I think that response re Bailey Smith is perfectly appropriate.
  10. Not everyone, but a small number who decided to be rude :)
  11. Yep, exactly what I was referring to re conversations. I'm sorry I wasn't at banner making last night. I was intending to go, but after work I was just zonked. I went to bed before the end of the footy last night, which is unheard of for me. I can't wait to see the banner up!
  12. Interesting last November some of us were slammed for having a conversation with Trac and relaying back here what was said, and here he is effectively saying the same thing as he told us last November. Now do those naysayers believe us? Anyway, more than happy to see Trac back to his happy self.
  13. Yeah, plenty of bum crack jokes happening in the Demon Army bay on Sunday!! Yeah, but I may want to meet some Demonlanders!
  14. Yes, her name is Taylah
  15. Yeah, plenty of bum crack jokes happening in the Demon Army bay on Sunday!!
  16. That's him! He also has an events company Slater and Swann, he's the one running the Todd and Jack Viney at the Sporting Globe in June.
  17. I don't exist? I was literally only a few seats away from you, GW!!
  18. good question!! I don't know! I know Kozzy last year began the process of starting his own fashion bit on the side, too. It was mentioned in an interview. He loves his fashion, our Koz.
  19. Ardu stated in her staff entry post at the Victorian Koorie Youth Council that she's lived in Melbourne for 10 years, that was in 2022, so she's spent more than half her life living in Melbourne. She may originally be from Darwin, but if she's spend much of her life here, she's a local :)
  20. Ryan would have been in his mid to late 20s then. I daresay he would probably have been at that game.
  21. Max had 46 hitouts. AJ had 7.
  22. I'm not convinced Dogga will leave Freo, tbh
  23. I definitely concur Ryan is absolutely a champion human being, always has a hug for you when you see him. He's seriously the most gracious person you could possibly get to know.
  24. Because she's said so. She's established a fashion company in Melbourne, and wants to continue pursuing it in Melbourne.
