Conversation I had with AJ at the Family Day on Monday at Casey Fields: Me - "I heard on the grapevine that your nickname up in Albury was Peaches" AJ - (look of surprise/amusement) "Yeah, it was. How did you know that?" Me - "Friend of mine in the Demon Army from Albury told me". AJ - "Wow, nothing is hidden from you lot!!" Genuinely lovely fellow.

I think Beazo will be back next season, but Aimee I think it weighing up her options, and possibly going to be prioritising Gaelic. I think.

I'm not sure if this is something Freo have brought up or the West Australian, and yes, it's a non-issue, because they're only referring to his exit interview last October where he stated he is homesick at times, but the media conveniently left out that he is happy with the way the club handles that, and allows him time to go home on occasion. Added bonus is that Amelia and Maggie are close friends, having played representative school hockey together for Victoria in the School Sports Vic team (much like how Clarry and Trac became friends). Maggie comes from Ruyton, Amelia from Lauriston. As an old girl of St Catherine’s, I’m reserving judgment in the schooling!
