  1. If cases are 0-5 per day and under control in the first 3 months of next year then surely there will be no need for hubs next year. And surely games will be back in Victoria.
  2. I've been as critical as anyone on Charles, however I reckon he's made some gains this year. I thought he was very good last week, particularly in the last qtr. How good was that lead and mark at full speed and then subsequent goal? The pass to Pickett was lovely as well. Add a 3 goal second quarter against Collingwood as there's hope that we have one of our small forwards cemented for the medium term. He's also a natural goal kicker and we have a dearth of those in the side.
  3. I'm 100% paranoid the Dons will roll us on Saturday.
  4. You'll have to head up to Darwin for 14 days prior and live in an army barracks.
  5. 100% agree with that. Fritsch misses so many shots because so many of his shots are on difficult angles.
  6. I first got upset that Rivers didnโ€™t get nominated. Then I realised that Lewis Taylor once won the reward and then quickly moved on.
  7. I had a dream that Fritsch hit the post after the siren and we missed finals by .01%
  8. This reminds me of the day he torched us on Queens Birthday.
  9. A bit Melbourne-esque that last qtr by the Suns.
  10. Holmanโ€™s a bit of a potato. Has stuffed up two potential goals.
  11. gC early goal. Sneaky chance? Pies 47-44.
  12. Itโ€™s going to be that kind of week ahead. How to [censored] away a certain goal. Pies will win to tonight but theyโ€™ve been far from impressive.
  13. De Goey going to single handedly get the Pies over the line. 4 out of his sides 5 goals.
  14. Pies are off their tucker tonight. Down 36-29, and are no chance to beat Port on tonightโ€™s evidence.
  15. GC hanging around. Tied it at 4.5.29, early 3rd qtr.
  16. Hard to give a stuff when most of us locked up in our house and canโ€™t attend finals.
  17. Yes good point. I forgot next week is a dead rubber for Port. Takes the sizzle out of tonights game now.
  18. 19-6. Sexton has all 3 goals. Iโ€™ll stop posting when Collingwood inevitably wake you and run all over them.
  19. Good start Suns. 13-6, GC
  20. In - Hibberd (as long as he doesn't play on a small) Out - Jetta or Smith
  21. I've read it and I've wept. I can forgive them for the Freo game, but there was absolutely no reason in the world why we should've lost to Sydney. They are such an ordinary side, a side that kicked 2 goals in a game of footy a few weeks back.
  22. Certainly in the first half of the season. However in the second half of the season they've gone 3-4 while we've gone 5-3, and we did beat them a few weeks back.
  23. It will be so 2020 if Fritsch or one of our other serial offenders hits the post after the siren to miss the finals by 0.01%.
  24. I'm not feeling the desperation, anxiety and excitement that I had in the week leading into round 23 2017 due to lockdown and being disconnected from AFL this year. With that being said, this year will be easier to stomach if we miss out (assuming we beat Essendon) because we would've held our end of the bargain in round 23 compared to 2017 when we threw our spot away by losing to Collingwood. I think the Dogs will be too professional for Freo and St Kilda will either beat GWS or have a small loss, leaving us at 9th place.
  25. Thankfully that ainโ€™t happening. Well done Hawks - pegged it back to a 23 pt margin, early last qtr.
