The Young and the Restless (or how I hate Geeong and their old team)
This season for me reminds me of how Brisbane defended their 2001 Flag. Cats considered to be runaway favourites like Port, will [censored] the bed and we will do what we have to and get the job done against and overrated Pies.

PODCAST: QF Preview vs Sydney
@binman IMO I think the only chance Tmac has of coming back in is if (god forbid) we lose on Friday night and we are exposed for not having a 2nd traditional kew forward. He would come in for a semi final. My question. Who will be the medi-sub on Friday? As we have the entire list to pick from as Casey aren’t playing.

I’m not sure how Dean kent has anything to do with this..- Internal Practice Match.
Calm down pal. In the 2021 pre season. It was clearly stated he was trained to play as a fwd and his secondary training position was on a wing. I’m not saying that’s where he should play just saying if he has been trained in the position, he could in theory play a quarter or 2 there as a sub if needed.- Internal Practice Match.
Yep! I was 5 meters away watching at Gosch’s paddock. Viney called him a weak c#@nt and told him to get up!- Internal Practice Match.
I’d imagine his best chance is to get 2 games in the VFL and then be the sun coke a prelim? Plays fwd and back (and wing apparently) ..- Thank you Demonland
Yeah well done. I know the Deebrief has a big following. But for me the Demonland Podcast breaks down the games weekly better than anyone else! keep it up!- Internal Practice Match.
Anyone got any details on it? is it a closed session?- What They Are Saying at Moore Park
My mates been living in Sydney for 3 years. And after those 3 years he hates their supporters more than any other. they are fickle, turncoats and barely understand the rules. “Bloods Culture” Academy Picks have kept that club propped up for the last 12 years.- 2022 Finals Tickets

I think if we roll them this week and by roll i just mean win by 1 pt or more, a few other sides in the competition will be very nervous going into the finals.- PODCAST: Rd 22 vs Carlton
Thanks for reading it out. When I listen to podcasts I have it in my head what the podcasters look like and its never anything near the reality. Do you think the three of you would do a podcast together in a the same room and get a photo together and if not have you three caught up at the footy at all through out the year?- PODCAST: Rd 22 vs Carlton
We need 4 Gus’s like the old Nike Wanganeen ad!- PODCAST: Rd 22 vs Carlton
Could be interesting. Given Pickett was heavily strapped and we held over Chandler & Bedford back from Casey this week too.- PODCAST: Rd 22 vs Carlton
Second Question, IMO Spargo isn't providing enough regular pressure, doesn't play deep enough to hit the scoreboard or be front and centre enough. I'm sick of watching ANB stand at CHF every week, if the club has hopes of TMac coming back, we MUST play a Second Key Forward. Goodwin won't play Weid or JVR. Is Joel Smith is worth a look? He has 5 Tackles 6 Marks and 9 possessions in the slop for Casey. Also Sparrow out for Harmes Spargo out Joel Smith- PODCAST: Rd 22 vs Carlton
@binman James Jordan, before I ask my question I did a little research. Having a good year averaging 21 Disposals,350 avg meters gained, 3.4 score involvements, but to me he looks to be getting tired, keep in mind he is still in effectively his second year. Up until about rd18 he was running out games, since then these are his stats second half possesions/total. Rd 19- 6/16 Rd20- 9/20 (Better) Rd21- 9/24 Rd22- 6/17 He is a good natural footballer, but is he a winger? To me he takes too long to move the ball and more often than not he holds the ball up kills momentum. My question, is he better suited to playing off the bench in a midfield rotation? IMO I still think we look better with Gus on the wing.- CHANGES: Rd 23 vs Brisbane
Melk to half fwd? He just played his best game in 4 years as a FP!!- CHANGES: Rd 23 vs Brisbane
Brown was good. Lifted in the second half. Probably playing the hardest role in the team atm. Single Key Forward. Could have kicked 3/4. He’s not far off. Spargo was useless again. ANB looked to be negating Saad (which worked) and I’ll give you Sparrow, he’s been half the player he was last year, I could see Harmes taking his spot.- POSTMATCH: Rd 22 vs Carlton
Is #18 on our lists name Jake Melksham or Wayne Carey? Happily eating my words about Jake the Snake. He was BOG by a country mile for mine tonight. - Internal Practice Match.
